Free parking is available to residents and visitors using the facilities, however we cannot guarantee availability. Our car park is monitored by a 3rd party parking scheme, all guests must ensure that their vehicle registration is registered with reception. A £100.00 penalty fine can apply if you do not register your vehicle.
Early check-in from 13:00 onward or late check-out until 12:00 is possible for a fee of GBP £25, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Please note the property is lively and offers entertainment or is host to private functions. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

Breakfast was sadly cold and the cappuccino machine was not working I asked the server if perhaps the machine in the bar was working but she said she couldn’t do that
Breakfast was not up to standard I expected and staff unhelpful however the next morning machine was still not working but a young lady went to bar machine to get my coffee she was extremely helpful
Location and food.
Uncomfortable bed, noisy room. Awkward stairs to second floor.
Breakfast. Lack of produce. Not helpful. Unhappy when I asked for sourdough to replace sausage. No water

The light in the bathroom was a bit dull but overall very good room
The location was perfect for the Parkrun that we wished to attend. The lovely friendly receptionist was very enthusiastic and check in was efficient. We did not have breakfast but it was available
Excellent location, nice room , excellent food and choice for breakfast .
Sadly the fire alarm went off at 01.00 hours ,fortunately it was a false alarm but a rude awakening in the early hours.

Perfect location, close to the sea and great views
It is looking a little tired and in need of new carpets and some repairs. We have been staying at the Cliff for many years and always had a pleasant stay.
Loved the friendly staff, beautiful clean spacious room ( sea view ) facilities and sun terrace. We only had breakfast but it was really well cooked and Maggie the waitress was really friendly and helpful. Cleaner was also lovely.
On our second morning there was no fresh fruit salad that we had enjoyed the day before.

Cleaning staff were rude, running around the hotel like children and swearing at each other
The staff in restaurant went above and beyond as my mother as problems with food with certain sweeteners in so front of house and chef sorted out dinner for her they where brilliant
