Our car park is monitored by a 3rd party parking scheme, all guests must ensure that their vehicle registration is registered with reception. A £100.00 penalty fine can apply if you do not register your vehicle.

Early check-in from 13:00 onward or late check-out until 12:00 is possible for a fee of GBP £25, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Great hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly situated, easy to access and very nice. The room we stayed in was a fantastic size & the bed was massive and very comfortable. .

Cons:

The decore in our room required a little updating but nothing major

Pros:

Everything really except the T.V. was too small & no towels in the Kitchen area.

Cons:

T.V. is too small. Needs to be double the size.
Need at least one more lock on the door as one isn't enough.
Need a Tea Towel & Hand Towel for the Kitchen area.

Pros:

The location was good that's about it.

Cons:

Arrived around 22:00 and didn't get a very warm welcome.
In the room the T.V didn't work, the shower head was so corroded it spat water out in every direction and there were was mould running down from the ceiling on the tiles in the shower.


I stay in hotels all the time with work and this is the worst in a long time .

Sadly disappointing!
Pros:

Great location. Hotel entrance and lobby area is beautiful.

Cons:

I booked a double sea view room, the view was not great, I was overlooking the port area. Room 214. The room is very very dated and in need of refurbishments, the room I stayed in was very overpriced, I have stayed in nicer hotels in central London for the same price providing far superior room decor.
The bathroom, whilst modern was dirty, I had to rinse hairs away from the bath before I got in to it, the bath was chipped and black surrounding areas exposed.

Pleasant hotel with good views from the breakfast room. And good walks overlooking the town and sea.
Pros:

reception staff friendly and helpful. 20% off meals for guests was a welcome bonus. Waiting staff and bar staff were friendly.

Cons:

Dining room was very noisy on the Friday night. I retired to our room with a headache. Thursday night was much quieter and we were able to converse with visiting relatives.

Heerlijk hotel in een typisch Engelse badplaats.
Pros:

Het is een heerlijk rustig hotel op een bijzonder plekje. Het Engels ontbijt is prima lekker vers gemaakt.

Geen klachten.
