When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the shuttle bus to the beach is available from May to September only. For the rest of the season this transfer goes to Torremolinos centre. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 30€ per day. Pros:

All the staff, from the recepción, to the bars and restaurantes, and especially the entertainment team were fantastic. We loved the self-service drinks as part of the all inclusive package, there was never a need to queue for drinks. The pool área was well maintained and clean. The evening entertainment was excellent. Food was very good, a wide selection, all well cooked. It was very good having a supermarket and shop on site. I also had a massage which was excellent. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The hotel is sitúated above a busy road. You can hear the road noise from the pool, but it wasn't intrusive as there is music playing in the pool área. The tiling around the main pool is very slippery, this is a potential hazard as it gets very wet. In the main pool you have to enter the water by ladder, it's just my personal preference to be able to walk into the pool. There is, however, another small pool with roman steps. The bathroom in our room needed updating, but it was clean and the water pressure was very good.
I would suggest that the hotel should include zero alcohol beer and spirit as part of the all inclusive package. My partner does not drink alcohol and although there was beer "sin alcohol", this does still contain a small amount of alcohol. The fridge in our room wasn't very cold. I would have liked a kettle or coffee machine.

La habitación muy bien y el hotel en sí tambien, el personal correcto. Y el autobús que te baja a la playa un puntazo.

Cons:

El check in no es claro, pone a partir de las 3 pero si lo haces a esa hora casi no llegas a la comida de ese día. La piscina un poco sucia pero lo que nos hizo la estancia un poco incómoda fue ciertas familias que se colaban en el buffet, en la piscina se estaba bañando una familia y cuando llegaron a sus hamacas, le habían dejado todas sus pertenencias en el suelo para ponerse ellos y se hieron los locos.
