La comida aunque el buffet era de poca variedad pero si de calidad
Las piscinas estaban sucias
La habitación muy amplia, me pusieron cunita para mi hija. El buffet variedad. Destacar a una limpiadora en concreto que es un amor de persona, por desgracia no sé el nombre pero estaba en la planta 2 del primer edificio.
La piscina porque para poder coger una hamaca tenías que hacer cola antes de que abrieran como si fuesen las rebajas. Si no haces cola y vas temprano te quedas sin sitio. Luego pone prohibido reservar hamacas pero aquí todo cristo se las reserva con sus toallas.
Es la segunda vez que tengo el gusto de volver al Alua y espero seguir sumando muchísimos recuerdos.

Volveremos
Las instalaciones, el tamaño de las habitaciones, las facilidades que ponen para los bebés, el trato del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Pues, supongo que es casuística, pero la habitación de arriba estaba moviendo los muebles todos los días a eso de las 12-1 de la noche. Y por la mañana otra vez de vuelta (imagino que la limpiadora) para colocar la habitación.
Y después, había ciertas familias, que con la pulserita habían 3 y después 15 sin pulsera. Y entre otras cosas los podías ver limpiando a su niña llena de yogur en la piscina de niños, sin que los socorristas les digan nada. Que también los entiendo porque son chiquillos.
Muy limpio todo ,y sus comidas poca varierad pero muy muy bien echa felicitar al caterin.
Lo unico por decir algo ,nos pillo alli la final y antes de terminar ya estaba el bar cerrado ,sabemos que ellos cumplen horarios pero solo 30 minutos mas hubiera sido un final espectacular .eso es lo que nos hubiera gustado pero entendemos que son sus normas y sus horarios .
El servicio del personal, increíblemente todos de 10.
Personal de barra, comedor, servicios.... la verdad que un equipo de personas muy serviciales
No me gusto nada, que el domingo 19/07, casi sin acabar el partido de España - Argentina, cerrasen la terraza, me parece una noche diferente, FINAL MUNDIAL DE FUTBOL, encima gana España, y no hubo ni la cortesía de aguantar un poco más el servicio, creo que es una falta de planificación por parte de la dirección del Hotel.
No me vale, que los vecinos, que si a las 00:00 (hora de cierre) es y era una noche diferente, y por 1 hora más, y habiendo ganado España, no generaría un problema con las autoridades, MALA GESTIÓN DE LA DIRECCIÓN
The staff were incredible, extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great, there was a foam party, water games, bingo and archery.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and it had a mini fridge.

The view from our room, we could watch the entertainment from our balcony.
The swimming pools were good and the water park was great for the kids, also the kids disco at 9pm every night.
The food could of been a bit better and with more variety.
