Collingham Serviced Apartments

Very good service, location. Many restaurants nearby and close to the underground stations. Cleaners very nice were coming everyday and cleaning the dishes too. Concierge guys very helpful. Definitely coming back.

It was a convenient place to stay to sight see with young family. It was so quiet, clean and spacious and very comfortable.

We are a family of five with three children (ages 15, 12, and 8), and we stayed at Collingham Serviced Apartments for seven nights in early April 2026. Our first-floor apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a small kitchen, a dining table that seated six, and a washing machine.

The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, with updated bathrooms and cozy beds. There is a 24/7 staffed front desk, and daily housekeeping is available upon request. The staff were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

The location is excellent—situated in an upscale, safe, quiet, and walkable area of South Kensington. It’s within easy walking distance of three Tube stations: Gloucester Road, Earl’s Court, and South Kensington (all in Zone 1). There are also plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

We highly recommend Collingham Serviced Apartments, especially for families visiting London to see the sights. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

I stayed at the Collingham Serviced Apartments for three weeks this past March. Everything was perfect. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and professional.

The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas were spotless. It was delightful to come home after a day of exploring around London and, like magic, find new towels, a made bed, and a sorted kitchen.

I should add that for people not used to traveling in and around London, location near tube stops is everything. The CSA is located a 5-minute walk from both the Piccadilly and District lines. What more could one want?

I'm happy to say I'll go back to them again. I'm a bit sad to share this review because, whilst it will be good for Collingham Serviced Apartments, it will necessarily mean fewer opportunities to rent once people realize how freakin' great this spot is.

If there was one thing I'd change, I'd say it was to replace the French press coffee maker or provide a Nespresso machine. The French press I had was a bit tired.

Thank you very much to the whole team, they made our stay really special, the knew about my mother's birthday and left a nice truffles chocolate with a tasty bottle of red wine. Also, to mention the young Asian guy who was working was really helpful. This will be a place to come back.

Location is almost second to none, choice of South Kensington / Gloucester tube stations, close proximity to museums and parks. Eateries within walking distance as is Tosco's & Waitrose's if one wants to cook.

Quiet establishment with lift and 24 hr concierge with a smile .

We prefer the 2 brm apartment which is spacious, kitchen, lounge / dining area with natural light but they are all beautifully decorated, spotless. There is a daily service on making the room if required.
They are very well priced, if not underpriced, for what they offer notwithstanding the location.

There is a reason why this is our London "home"

The property is very clean and centrally located. We were able to walk to some of our appointments. The staff members were all great! They even offered a daily cleaning service.
