Amazing Experience in a Lovely Place
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We couldn’t have made a better choice to spend a week in London. We felt very comfortable with every detail of the service and truly appreciated the assistance from the staff.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was excellent. We received support from the team even before our arrival and are very grateful for the staff’s constant availability and kindness.

The whole complex is elegant, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We would be very happy to come back!

Would love to return one day!
Pros:

Great location close to Gloucester Rd tube station. Lots of cafes restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Staff were friendly and very helpful, our apartment was ready ahead of check-in time and we secured a late checkout.

Cons:

The heating was on when we arrived which given the mild weather made the apartment uncomfortably warm until we opened windows and turned off radiators. A very small issue which in no way spoiled the experience.

Great location, cleaning could have been better
Pros:

Great location and nicely sized apartment

Cons:

Only on the second day of our three-day trip were we told that there is no housekeeping on the weekends. This was a let down since we booked a service apartment and not an Airbnb for this very reason. It also didn’t make much sense since we saw the rooms being cleaned for the people checking out.

Very nice, great location, had everything I need, LOVED the patio.
Pros:

Loved the patio and the comfortable bed. Flat was cozy and was warm and easy to use TV.

Cons:

The kitchen probably needs an exhaust fan to extract some cooking odours, but otherwise was well equipped.
