Pros:

This is a good apartment hotel which is located in a very nice location, however as everyone know locations means cost so the night at this place was too much for the size.

The only point i had when i was bout to check out they are very strict to leave at 12pm and not a single minutes allowed to stay which is very very disappointing unlike other places which was better in this way.

I would recommend to see other places that are not cheap like them.

The people there are experienced and the place is excellent.
Pros:

A clean and wonderful place. This is the second time I've stayed here with my family. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, and the staff are very helpful. I thank Mr. Tars and his team for their excellent treatment, and I also thank Mr. Umesh, the manager of these apartments. I highly recommend staying here.

Always good to come back and feel appreciated
Pros:

The team @CSA is very hospitable and supportive as usual. Was very happy to have an upgrade to a 3 bedroom which cost me same as the 2 bedroom I had booked with an extra bed for the family. It made it a lot easier for mobility and luggage as we had a lot more space.
My one criticism of the amenities in the apartment is the China in the kitchen as my parents are elderly; the plates are extremely heavy making it difficult for them to handle easily.

Excellent stay at this apartment . The apartment was well equipped, making it comfortabl. The location was ideal, close to shops and transport, yet still quiet. Staff were friendly,quick to help with any requests. Check-in were smooth and efficient. Overall, a high-quality experience

Great location, clean & tidy, but not sound proof
Pros:

Great location between either Gloucester Rd and Earl’s Court station. It was big enough for our group of six and the property was clean and tidy.

Cons:

You can hear people who are staying above you. To the point of clear conversations. We unfortunately had a group staying above us who decided to talk and play music until after 4am. We got next to no sleep and had to ask the accommodation to tell those people to turn their music off. They then went on to stamp around until nearly 5am.

Pros:

Apartment was spacious enough for all our suitcases. Reception team were super nice and helpful with ensuring her suitcases got delivered to the room prior to our arrival and also helped with the suitcases being sent off for checking in.

A home away from home. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, lovely view and helpful staff. This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first. Great location and lovely neighbourhood.
