In a really good location with great price to quality ration
Pros:

I can't really speak in general about the place because we got an upgrade to an apartment which is ~1km away. But as for the apartment, it was nice, still in a good location. Metro station, bakeries, laundry, everything nearby. (Buy a Lisbon card for roaming around.) Both airport and touristic locations easily accessible via metro. A nice walk to the Castle of Sao Jorge (where nice depends on how much you like climbing :D). Also tram 28 stations are in the vicinity.

Gute Lage , fußläufig zur Stadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar, viele Cafe und Restaurants um die Ecke, schnelle Anrworten auf WhatsApp btw. Booking.com , komplett kontaktloser Vorgang

Cons:

sehr hellhörig, in der Umgebung viele Baustellen, und verlassen Häuser, Straße nachts wenig beleuchtet

Great location, comfortable, convenient and practical.
Pros:

The location is great and the hosts are exceptional!

Everything was great, even the private toilet in a separated room wasn't a problem. Initially it would sounds weird, however it was very clean and just by the room.

Very close to the metro station.

The luggage storage saved my day!

Highly recommended

Gros problème d'insonorisation entre les chambres , nous avons dû supporter le bruit du toilettes à côté de notre chambre, et ce n'est pas de la faute de l'établissement mais une personne dans la chambre d'à côté qui était en communication téléphonique à plus de 3h du matin en parlant excessivement fort , nous avons dû intervenir !!!!!

Bom preço e agradável.
Pros:

Aparentemente muito limpo, boa localização, cama e almofadas muito boas, tudo em bom estado e preço baixo.

Cons:

O anterior hóspede terá deixado uma toalha de banho suja com maquiagem bem dobradinha no seu lugar e que não chegou a ser lavada...
Falta de luz em frente ao espelho no WC

Tím, že jsme byli v Lisabonu ještě mimo hlavní turistickou sezónu, ubytování nebylo úplně plné. Dostali jsme tak jako nabídku upgrade z pokoje na apartmány, které byly kousek od původní adresy. I tak bylo metro kousek v docházkové vzdálenosti. V okolí byly menší obchůdky, pekárny, kavárny a restaurace. V případě, že vás cestuje více, tak se do centra vyplatí zavolat i Bolt, který v Portugalsku vychází opravdu levně. Ubytování bylo čisté, vybavení kuchyně byla skvělá, byla tam k dispozici konvice, toustovač, příbory, skleničky a další. V průběhu ubytování s námi byli pronajímatelé celou dobu v kontaktu na whatsappu a ptali se nás, zda potřebujeme uklidit, vyměnit ručníky apod. Check-in i check-out proběhl hladce díky schránkám a přístupové kódy nám byly zaslány v den příletu. Vše proběhlo na jedničku, ani jsme se s nikým nepotřebovali osobně potkat :))).

Es war alles super.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, hatten damit ein größeres Zimmer mit Terrasse. Sie war gut gelegen, man war in 15-20 min im Zentrum, man hätte auch mit der Bahn fahren können, wir wollten aber laufen. Es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht, man konnte also gut schlafen.

Cons:

Gibt nichts und wenn es etwas gab, dann sind sie auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à l'aéroport, les transports et les lieux à visiter.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de TV dans la chambre mais bon, on peut s'en passer. La place entre le lit et le mur. Très peu de place, tellement que les tables de chevet étaient tournées contre le lit.
