Cozy place in Lisbon
Pros:

We had a great time in Lisbon and at Inendente hotel :) The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were first asked to swap our twin room for a double, but after one night we realised it wasn't too comfortable for us and they moved us to another, nicer room, which we really appreciated. The place is also located very close to a metro station, and also not too close to the busiest areas of Lisbon.

Cons:

Both streets where the accommodation is located can get a but noisy pretty early, so if you're a light sleeper perhaps bring a pair of earplugs :)

La habitación que nos dieron despues de quejarnos por la primera en que nos ubicaron.

Cons:

La primera habitación que nos dieron muy pequeña, horrible vista, sin perchas ni silla. Lejos de las fotos publicadas.
Espacio de cocina miserable. El salón bonito de las fotos siempre cerrado.

Independencia, buena ubicación, y experimentar vivir Lisboa desde adentro de los típicos balcones
Pros:

El personal es extremadamente amable. La habitación preciosa y permite experimentar cómo es desde adentro esos míticos balcones que vemos desde afuera de Lisboa. El hecho de que todo esté digitalizado permite una gran independencia. La habitación y el baño espaciosos y tenía un hermoso balcón por el que pude admirar como se ve Lisboa desde adentro. En la esquina brindan exquisitos desayunos en un lugar precioso. Guardaron mi equipaje ante un imprevisto.

Cons:

Tenía valijas muy grandes y me costó subirlas pero una persona muy amable del hotel me ayudó a hacerlo.

Pros:

The mattress and the pillow were very comfortable and the room clean. The location was also very good, next to the metro station. The lady in the reception was very polite and offered to help me with my luggage.

Cons:

The lack of the elevator was something not so comfortable ( I was on the third floor). The door of the room and especially the locker did not seem so safe.

Mobility Impaired should not stay here. There are no ground level accommodations.
Pros:

The location is very nice. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, a short taxi to main attractions of Lisbon. The facilities are kept clean and are comfortable. The person at the front desk was kind and sympathetic to my concerns.

Cons:

Warning to the mobility impaired - in Europe "Floor 1" is NOT a ground floor. I reached out to INT Lisbon Suites immediately after booking to advise them of my disability and stated I needed elevators or the first floor. In the US, Floor 1 is a ground level floor with no stairs 95% of the time. In Europe apparently they have floor "0." But I had stated I needed the first floor due to disability and was assured there'd be no problem as I'd be on the first floor and luggage assistance would be provided. Upon arrival at 1:00 am to a closed lobby, multiple stairs needed to be climbed up and descended with heavy luggage. I was lucky to have a more able-bodied friend with me who volunteered to drag all of our luggage to our room. In the morning, I asked for a full refund to book a different hotel where I could either be on the ground floor or have elevators. My request was declined. The best they would do for me was move me out of the "garden area" (which involved two more small sets of downward stairs with no handrails) and into a smaller room on Floor 1. Floor 1 still required climbing a full flight of winding stairs. Hotel staff did move our luggage for us to this alternate room after declining my request to leave the property. However, upon checkout day, hotel staff was absent for "personal reasons" so the promised assistance with luggage was not available. Again my able-bodied 63 year old friend had to carry all of our luggage down a full flight of winding stairs. This is a perfectly fine hotel for younger, able-bodied travelers. Mobility impaired should avoid. In Europe be sure to have an elevator available. Also, there was no free coffee. Is this a US thing only maybe? I expect a free cup of coffee in the morning with a hotel stay, not the case here. The rooms have none of the basic amenities in the US - no television, no mini frig, no microwave, no coffee maker.
