La ubicación, el aire acondicionado, la estancia en general

The room was very spacious and had a lot of natural light. The private bathroom which was just down the hall was great! There is also a fridge which was great.
This property is extremely noisy. Currently there is construction going on opposite and to the side of the building. It is dusty, loud and the alley way in which the entrance is situated often has massive trucks/machinery. I do think this is temporary but is currently happening. The room itself had paper thin walls, you could hear people in the hall way which was disruptive when trying to sleep and the vacuuming and movement from the floor above was also very loud.

Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia durante nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento, tanto el responsable del alojamiento como el personal de recepción estuvieron muy atentos a que estuviéramos cómodos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El trato fue siempre muy amable y cercano.
Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. Aunque actualmente hay obras en el edificio, esto no afectó a nuestro descanso en absoluto. La habitación estaba muy bien aislada y por la mañana no se escuchaba ningún ruido hasta que salías al exterior del edificio.
Si buscas un alojamiento donde descansar bien, con un personal atento y una buena ubicación para visitar Lisboa, sin duda es una opción muy recomendable.
The AC was really good and mostly needed during a heat wave in Lisbon, while I was there. The bed was comfortable.
The room I stayed was off property on another street. Not really clean. A lot of mold in the shower.

all’esterno della porta abbiamo spesso trovato scarafaggi e c’è sempre puzza di scantinato.
il bagno è minuscolo, specialmente il lavandino microscopico.
il letto è grande ma molto duro.
Climatizzazione assente, c’era ma era mal funzionante, c’erano due ventilatori però.
Assenza di zanzariere alle finestre che danno sulla strada, sarebbero state obbligatorie data la presenza di scarafaggi.
la zona di intendente è spesso sporca e maleodorante.
