Pros:

Lekker breed bed en mooie locatie in het groen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen.

Cons:

Er waren veel zaken in de kamer niet of heel slecht afgewerkt, tot een meter voor de badkamer was de vloerbedekking nat door een lekkage. We wilden dit melden maar er was niemand bij de receptie.

A lovely stay in a quiet rural location but easily accessible by tram to Den Haag
Pros:

Superb quiet location only 10mins from Erasmusplein tram stop. Staff very good. Room a good size and well equipped. Restaurant attached was very good too. Great value for money.

Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan, de ventilatie pijp vanuit de keuken naast onze kamer heeft de hele nacht geloeid en gebromd. Waardeloos, dus wij komen niet meer terug.

Nice and comfy
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, clean and the rooms are very spacey. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to stay here. We came by car and parking was also very easy.

Prima accommodatie. Nette kamer, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wel moeilijk bereikbaar.
Pros:

Ik heb een kamer in Hotel Hoevevoorde geboekt voor mijn ouders, omdat zij vanwege een sterfgeval in de familie met spoed terugkeerde uit het buitenland. De locatie sloot goed aan. In de beschrijving had ik gelezen dat de check-in tot 22:00u kon plaatsvinden. Omdat er een kans bestond dat mijn ouders iets later dan die tijd zouden arriveren, heb ik het hotel proberen te bellen. Ik kreeg de voicemail. Die heb ik ingesproken met het verzoek tot terugbellen. Daarna nog een keer of 5 gebeld, en een via de contactpagina een bericht gestuurd. Er is geen enkel contact opgenomen. Het niet hebben van een 'werkende receptie', was in dit geval zeer onhandig, zeker gezien de omstandigheden.
Ik heb overigens wel van mijn ouders begrepen dat de accommodatie verder prima was.

Cons:

Het negeren van berichtgeving, via voicemail, contactpagina. Gasten zouden een hotel altijd moeten kunnen bereiken, in het geval van vragen, calamiteiten e.d.

Het enige dat ik heb gekregen vanuit het hotel zijn automatisch gegeneerde berichten m.b.t. een 'check-in' en 'check-out'.

Great value for your money! The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet suburb just outside The Hague. It’s super easy to get around, as you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. Free big parking, definitely recommended if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay that’s still close to the action.
