Weinig verwacht en toch teleurgesteld
Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk. Eten bij brasserie was lekker.

Cons:

Uitzicht op tuin bleek uitzicht op werkzaamheden te zijn. Door werkzaamheden weinig parking. Verwarming stond vol aan hierdoor te warm en eerste nacht slecht geslapen. Muren en vloer zo dun dat je ander gasten kan horen snurken en lopen. Bij uitchecken was er niemand aanwezig bij de balie.

Posetiv: Das Hotel von außen super schön. die Lage ist gut. Sehr schöner Park hinter den Haus tolle Terasse, Kinderspielplatz.,Fahrstuhl. Das fanden wir sehr gut.

Negativ; sehr schlechter Empfang. Die Dame hatte uns gesehen und lies uns fast 20 Minuten warten bis zum einchecken.Defekte Stühle Alte Möbel, Kein Schrank Kein Staub gewischt beim Einzug ins Zimmer hatte ich das Gefühl das vorher darin jemand geschlafen hat Bettlaken nicht richtig bezogen. Das Nachfüllen von Kaffe etc wurde nicht berücksichtigt, da mussten wir selber die Damen darauf hinweisen. Essen überteuert, Restaurant Schließt schon um 20 Uhr, Frühstück nahmen wir liebe woanders ein, denn 15,50 soviel kann man nicht essen. Das Abendessen, da hatten wir aufgewärmte Schnitzel bdekommen für 2 Personen eine kleine Schüssel Pommes und etwas Salat. sage und Schreibe pro person 25,00 Euro. Ich würde diese Gegend gern wieder besuchen, das Hotel allerdings muss die Zimmer noch aufwerten. und vorallen die Sauberkeit ist gefragt. Toilette wurde nur etwas blaues rein geschüttet, Spiegel nicht geputzt Dusche nicht gereinigt, Bett in den 7 Tagen nicht 1 mal neu bezoge Hygiene sehr schlecht. hinter Schranktüren war ein Badezimmer

Très belle chambre mais trop bruyant le matin
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le confort de la chambre.

Cons:

Mauvais entretien de la chambre : les portes doivent être poussées avec l’épaule parce que la
moquette bloque leur ouverture. Et elles doivent être claquées pour être fermées (il est donc impossible de faire une grasse matinée parce qu’on entend toutes les portes se claquer dès qu’un client sort ou rentre dans sa chambre)
Le joint de la douche était endommagé (conséquence : salle de bain inondée).
