Gut gelegen neben Bad und Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gondel in das Skigebiet
Grosses Zimmer mit Badewanne!

Cons:

Zimmer überheitzt und sehr trocken

Man kann nicht selbst regulieren, nur die Techniker, Rezeption nicht immer besetzt

Frühstücksraum zu wenig Geschirr, Tassen, Eierbecher....

Excellent stay in an ideal location
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had a great view and could see the sun rise above the mountains, which was spectacular. Location was extremely convenient and central. The shuttle to the train station was a great perk, as was the free access to the spa.

Cons:

Would have appreciated some shampoo, or knowing that there wouldn’t be shampoo provided. We also found it warm at times and couldn’t turn down the heating, but we did have windows! Breakfast could have been better; we found that there was limited variety.

Pros:

Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett, immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft am Hotel unbedingt nach der Parkkarte fragen und ins Auto legen, sonst gibt's ein Knöllchen.

We stay at Catrinas hotel every year for a weekend, and every time we enjoyed it. Great place, especially the wellness.

Pros:

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, durchschnittlicher Service.
Standard Frühstück. Grundsätzlich sauber.
Die Zimmer sind i.O.

Cons:

Komplett auf Hundebesitzer ausgerichtet.
Unfreundlicher Nachtempfang.
Als Gast wird man eher abgefertigt, als bedient.
Preis - Leistung passt nicht.
