Pros:

The location door to door with the metro station, made js super easy to go around the Lisbon.

The bfast could have a bit more options to choose from, some vegies would be nice, as there were none some days.

El alojamiento esta bien ubicado; y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No teniamos agua caliente. Cosa básica y necesaria.
Las Instalaciones muy dejadas y todo en un estado de poco cuidado .

Emplacement à proximité du métro.

Cons:

Très déçus par notre séjour, malgré le prix de 155 € la nuit. Absence de réponse à nos appels téléphoniques avant notre arrivée. La première chambre attribuée était encore occupée et contenait les effets personnels d’un autre client, ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions concernant l’organisation et la sécurité de l’établissement. Cela ne semblait choquer que nous en tant que clients...

Après avoir changé de chambre, nous avons constaté des cheveux dans les draps et une douche qui s’écoulait mal.

Nous avons envoyé un e-mail de réclamation il y a une semaine et n’avons reçu aucune réponse à ce jour. Une expérience très décevante, loin du service attendu pour ce prix.

No hot water in thw evening (morning back to normal), and then some small things, no trash bin in room, ac remote's battery were out in the open cause remote was missing the cover.

Toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer ist schön groß. Es gibt eine Menge Steckdosen. Die zwei Einzellbetten sind riesig und bequem.

Cons:

Trotz geschlossenem Fenster (und 7. Stockwerk) ist es sehr laut.
