Pros:

O pequeno-almoço era muito bom e bastante completo.

Cons:

Elevador avariado. Tivemos que usar o de serviço em que para la chegar tinha degraus e nós estávamos com um carrinho de bebé.
O ar condicionado fez curto-circuito e queimou as tomadas e acabámos a trocar de quarto.
Ouve-se e sente-se o metro a passar por baixo do hotel.

Accessible, I was central to everything
Pros:

WOW! This hotel was a last minted booking but it was truly amazing. I was on the 9th floor and had amazing views. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have luggage storage which is needed so I was able to store my luggage on the day of check in and check out while I went exploring. The location is also very central the metro is 2mins away

Localização, tamanho do quarto e WC (preparado para cadeiras de rodas) , pessoas de mobilidade reduzida.

Cons:

AC barulhento, falta de cordialidade de funcionários, recepção, poderiam cumprimentar BOM DIA, BOA TARDE um sorriso para quem entra ou sai em vez de andarem CONSTANTEMENTE agarrados aos telemóveis como se não vissem os hóspedes a circular... Embora quando solicitado, sejam prestativos a dar informações...

Correct mais négligé.
Pros:

Chambre propre, hôtel calme, lumineux, épicerie et métro à deux pas.

Cons:

Frigo de la chambre brisé et ils ne l'ont pas remplacé même si je l'ai dit à 3 personnes différentes. La douche aussi était brisée, la machine à café coulait partout sur le petit bureau.
