Very disappointing stay. Everything was fine on arrival, but from the next morning there was no hot water in the entire hotel.

Reception couldn’t provide any timeframe for a fix and mentioned no engineers were available due to Easter. Two days later, the manager gave a different explanation which didn’t match the initial one, making it even more frustrating. From what I’ve seen in other reviews on google, this is not the first time guests have experienced issues with hot water.

Only after I requested a full refund and noticed other guests doing the same. The hotel placed a notice saying hot water would be unavailable for the next 12 hours, without a date or time stamp! However, hot water had already been unavailable for 2 days, and despite this, they continued accepting check-ins without informing guests!!!

Being without hot water for 2 days is unacceptable, especially when travelling with an 8-month-old baby. Although we were relocated, no refund was provided for those nights.

Overall, a poor experience due to the lack of a basic essential. Would not recommend.

The breakfast was of very low quality, and the products did not taste good.

The curtains in our room were in poor condition — they looked messy and poorly maintained, with parts hanging loosely.

The parking fee is unreasonably high at €20 per night.

There are two elevators — one designated for guests and one for staff. However, we often had to wait a long time for the guest elevator. At one point, the reception manager advised us to use the staff elevator because the guest elevator was frequently occupied by housekeeping staff collecting linens, which blocked access for guests.

The non-guest areas of the hotel were very dirty. In particular, the underground area had water on the floor, and mattresses and children’s cribs were being stored in poor conditions.

Lack of hot water for 24 hours

Faulty kettle reported it to reception but nothing changed and no reason given why it wasn’t

Me cambiaron la habitación porque no estaba lista la que yo había pedido y en el desayuno no hay mucha opción para intolerantes, he desayunado pan y salchichas, era lo único que podía comer y fruta.

Forse siamo stati sfortunati, ma abbiamo trovato un sacco di problemi.
Nella nostra camera c'era della muffa molto evidente nelle pareti e quindi siamo stati costretti a cambiare camera, avendo una neonata ed una persona asmatica, ci è stato detto che era dovuto alla forte pioggia dei giorni precedenti e nei piani alti avevano questo problema; nella camera nuova non c'era il letto matrimoniale ma due singoli attaccati.
C'è un solo ascensore e ha funzionato male per i primi giorni, alla fine lo hanno direttamente chiuso gli ultimi due, facendo usare a tutto l'hotel l'ascensore dello staff (più piccolo e appunto condiviso con lo staff), mi sono ritrovato a dover aspettare anche cinque/dieci minuti per salirci.
Nella stanza nuova il lavandino era intasato.
Non è presente il cartellino per avvertire lo staff di non entrare per pulire ed il secondo giorno si sono dimenticati di mettere il sacchetto nuovo al cestino.
L'hotel in sé non sarebbe brutto ma c'è veramente poca cura in generale, con più attenzione per tutte queste cose e riparazioni tempestive in caso di problemi sarebbe un ottimo hotel. Un vero peccato.

The air conditioning in the room doesn’t not and fun part is there was no tv in room and the staff says .. we can’t do anything about it
