I like the room and the property except we weren’t able to stay because they made us leave rudely after paying $280 for a room that we never got to stay in
I did not like the property cause I didn’t get to stay at the property the front desk staff was very rude and me and my family did not like how we were treated when they made a mistake with our room sent us to the wrong hotel and when we got it figured out with the staff and the auditor they called. The cops on us, told us that we were yelling at them, which we weren’t and they said that we were refusing to leave and yelling at them. I’ve never heard of such rudeness treated to your customers for a four star hotel.
I stayed here with friends after spending time at Glacier National Park. There were 3 of us that shared a room with a King bed and sofa sleeper. I was on the sofa sleeper and it was actually quite comfortable!
The hotel was completely full due to parents/kids attending sports tournaments in the area, yet we had no issues with noise. There is a pool and hot tub, but we didn't use either as we had arrived later in the evening and needed to leave early the next morning.
Hotel is pet-friendly and there is a grassy area near the back parking lot to walk your dog. Breakfast is included with the usual pastries, cereal, eggs, make-your-own waffles, etc.
Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
Everything was very nice.
You need to flip the mattresses because they are squished down on one side maybe you fell like you’re rolling to one side.
It was very roomy. The sitting area was nice.
The shower curtain wasn't long enough.
First, I am a Hilton diamond and have been for the last several years. So far this year I have stayed at Hilton properties for 55 nights. I am used to most travel hick-ups and normally roll with the punches. However, as is customary with most hotels, accommodations are made for people who stay and pay many thousands of dollars each year to a hotel chain. For the first time this year I had the occasion to have morning meetings and a late afternoon flight. Since I needed professional attire for my meetings and would prefer to fly more comfortably, I requested an extra hour to the posted check out time. This is usually granted with a smile or it's been declined due to a huge turnaround of rooms which I totally understand. Neither was what I was presented with. A laminated sheet of paper was shoved in my face and I was told I could certainly check out an hour later but I would be charged an extra $40 for the privilege. This is totally unreasonable and extortion. Especially to the people that keep hotels in business! I called Hilton corporate and was told this is not their policy but the franchisees make up their own. I will never stay at this property again and I truly hope you won't either.
Everything was on point definitely recommend and im going there every chance I get
The women in the breakfast is very enjoyable, breakfast food was typical but hot and clean, fruit was fresh, clean ad well done
Second visit to this property in the last month both for work. I asked for rooms on the none highway side, The lobby folks were rude and unaccomadating. Both times they ended up giving me a room on the highway side, when i complained they were dismissive. The second go around they changed my room but had an attitude.
We were not offered water or recognized as members when we arrived.
Needed to do laundry and was told they had a washer and dryer that took quarters and if we needed change they had quarters. After gathering laundry, they said they only had $1.50 in quarters. Each machine required $2 for a load.
The room had a peculiar smell. I asked at front desk if this was common to have a bad odor and if any other guests had complained and was told no. Later I noticed that the vent in the room was dirty, damaged and appeared to have had moisture. This may have been the source of the odor.
Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 a.m. and woke us up. I have never had this happen at ANY place I’ve stayed. Unacceptable!
We decided to leave soon after and in our rush to empty the room left a jacket in the closet. It’s one of those closets that the door slides from the closet to cover the bathroom as well.
We discovered that we’d left it several hours after we left. I called and was told that it had been found. I told them we’d be back to get it on Sunday (2 days later). I also texted the manager who confirmed they’d hold it for me to pick up. We showed up on Sunday as planned and no one could find it. They assured me they’d mail it to me. I still don’t have it. My messages and calls to the manager have not been returned. Obviously someone took the jacket. Avoid this place. We saw a Best Western near where we had dinner. If in the area I’d stay there instead.
Check in was quick and methodical. We were not recognized as honors members, much less diamond. No drinks or snacks were offered. The room was very loud! Between the train tracks, the person in the room above us and the highway out front it was a very long night.
Breakfast is your typical fare. There was coffee in the pot and none of the food choices were empty.
My wife and I were very happy with our one week stay. Rooms were clean,as was the hotel in general. Bed's were comfortable, and the area was quiet. The breakfast was good, many different options to choose from. The property is conveniently located to the airport, stores, and dining. I would highly recommend.
Under construction. The room smelled of mildew they gave us Lysol did not help. Very uncomfortable night
Our room smelled like mold.
Well, this Hampton Inn was an experience. It began with a front desk person telling us she was having a bad day. In fact she forgot to give us our Silver Club membership water, we had to ask.
We found our room to be clean, but smelled a little musty. Not bad enough to leave but present. I noticed they had lots of scent machines throughout the facility.
After dinner we went down to the pool. I wear gripper shoes in the water because I walk in pools for exercise. I hit the first step and went flying! The steps and bottom of the pool floor were super slippery. My husband made it in okay but was very careful. In order to leave it used a pool towel on the steps.
We reported the fall and the slippery nature of the pool to both night and morning staff and were told, "they should have told you when you checked in". We'll, she didn't and her bad day resulted in me being bruised from the slide down the steps. I suggested a sign on the door and was told they couldn't because of the "assume your own risk" sign inside the pool room.
We won't go back there.
The bed was a bit like a watered, every time one of us moved, the other one woke up
