Pros:

Katalonya meydanına yakın bir konumda, çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı çok zengin bir menüye sahip. Ancak tesisin odalarında ve mobilyalarında değişim zamanı gelmiş görünüyor. Umarım çok geç kalmadan yenileme çalışmaları yapılır.

Cons:

Ses yalıtımı zayıf olduğu için yan odalardan gürültü yapılınca duyuluyor. Daha iyi bir yalıtım olabilirdi.

I liked the look of building when we booked and it didn’t let me down. It was very conveniently situated and the breakfast was good value and plentiful all well presented

L'emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans Barcelone.

Cons:

La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement. L'hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Il mériterait un bon coup de neuf. Vraiment trop cher pour la prestation offerte.

I did not enjoy my stay here at all.
Pros:

The location was the only worthwhile aspect of this hotel. Check in didn’t take long, but that’s about it.

Cons:

This stay was ridiculous. Our first night there, spent amongst close friends and family — without even so much as a warning or noise complaint, the hotel staff sent the POLICE up to our room for a noise complaint threatening to throw us out of the hotel despite having several more days on the property — not to mention the volume being perfectly respectable. It was Saturday night in Barcelona and not even so much as a phone call to ask us to keep it down. I also felt it was entirely inappropriate during another occasion that while I was still asleep, hotel staff abruptly entered my room at 10am one morning with no reason or notice, scanned the room and until I exclaimed that I was in there sleeping, didn’t realize they SHOULD NOT BE IN A GUESTS ROOM IN THIS WAY. It was so messed up and unnecessary - I was literally undressed in bed. This hotel sucks ngl. The elevator is also ancient. Just find a different space

La ubcación. El personal en la recepción.

Cons:

Hotel de 4 estrellas, un solo espejo en el baño ninguno más - esto señores es importante si hay dos personas en la habitación. Pequeños detalles ausentes, agua fría al llegar por ejemplo, la tienes que pedir, y ojo! una botella por estancia y por persona, es igual si es una noche o 4, va a ser una botella de ¨obsequio de lujo¨. Iluminación la justa si llega, enchufes también los justos, pañuelos ausentes... ahorrando en detalles que otros hoteles en BCN sí tienen, dan una imagen cutre.
