Enjoyable would book again
Pros:

Very clean, convenient parking. We had a beautiful view of Lake Geneva

Cons:

I liked everthing about the property. We had a problem with tv but the desk explained Visio had changed channels. A note with the channel conversion was missing from the room.

Great Hotel and Location!
Pros:

Super clean hotel in a fantastic location! We loved being within walking distance of downtown. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The property was outdated. The pool and hot tub were dirty and green. Rooms had poor lighting and musty scent.

Beautiful suite with lake view.
Pros:

Beautiful suite with lake view. The sauna and hot tub were a nice treat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s on the corner of the main drag leaving town to the south so as all the trucks and idiots on Harley’s with loud pipes accelerate once past the corner it can be quite loud.

I will always stay @ Bella Vista!
Pros:

Cassie checked us in on 09/28. She was delightful.

The room was absolutely wonderful. We had a great view of the lake.

The room was a really nice size & wonderfully appointed.

They could use more/better lighting in the kitchen area.

It would be nice if the rooms had stoves with ovens

Pros:

Loved the location and the beautiful view. We were able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

The hall bathroom shower had very low water pressure and the shower head was loose needed replacing.
