Good location near to everything..

Everything was clean. Everything and worked. We liked it.
The only thing that needed attention was to tighten the toilet set.
Cross from the lake. Saw couple of sunsets. People watching from the balcony.
Hotel is on a very busy street/corner. Traffic goes around the corner at all hours of the day and night. Wrigley Dr. is a Main Street through Lake Geneva.
The pool is downstairs in the basement. I never saw anyone there. I didn’t find it appealing at all. One small window, no lighting and the decor was old.

We were next door to a wedding party. Extremely loud all night. And the staff knew about it!
Bella Vista Suites is clean, comfortable and in a great location walking distance from the Lake Geneva boats and beaches as well as downtown. Many of the units have gorgeous views of Geneva lake. Our unit had a deep jacuzzi tub that would be difficult for some people to get in and out of; we were told the hotel has no units with stand-alone showers. We were told we could use the showers in the pool locker room, but that would not be ideal for some people. Another minor, but annoying, shortcoming is the fact that there is a nightstand on only one side of the bed and although there is a kitchenette, there are no table and chairs to eat at. It really would not take much to add some more furniture to the units. The spacious lobby is nice and a good place to hang out with friends.
The view was definitely worth it. But the room itself was NOT!!! Very old and dated inside. Absolutely know where to put your toiletries. The vanity was very small. What they called a kitchenette was a one cup coffee maker. A bar fridge that the freezer dripped water into the refrigerator part. Also the room could have slept 4 with the sofa bed. But you only had 2 of everything for kitchen utensils. If I could have I would have stayed in the lobby area. It was beautiful. Maybe the money that went into that should have went into the rooms instead. I gave it 3 stars… because of the view. I guess that’s what I paid for.
TV in the bedroom (402) did not work well, but TV in living room was fine.
Clean room
Just not what expected flowers greenery you see online look beautiful . No do old snd nit pretty 2 black bags of garage ( assume garbage) on floor in hall when we checked in at 4 . 1 bag still there when we left for breakfast next day. No instructions how to use tv front desk girl come right up ti help . No info on places to eat etc. We saw no other people so thinkng no one stays there. Will not return
