I liked the lady that checked me in and the bed and that was about it.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I drove for 17 hours and had to wait an hour for a room, I didn't like how hard it was to locate the hotel, the price was extremely high for the fact that the smoke alarm in the building went off like 4 or 5 times while I was trying to sleep. And then after I was asleep I was woke up by the people in the room next to me because they were so loud. So I tried to take a shower and the water would not get hot I let it run for almost 30 minutes before it even got warm. And to top it all off I finally decided to leave because I was angry, and the lady that worked nights was rude as hell to me. So I payed 150 dollars to not get any rest, to have someone be rude to me, to not get to eat the breakfast or use the pool and I never got my money back for the deposit. Plus the battery's in the remote for the tv were dead.

Pros:

I appreciated the location and often stay at one of these hotels before early morning flights.

Cons:

The thermostat did not work. The heat or air would kick on but never kick off. It just kept going, getting over 85 degrees in the room. It wouldnt turn "off" so I spent the night switching between heat and air to try to keep from burning or freezing.
Notified front desk and they did encourage me to notify the general manager about it.

Great customer service but the rooms could be cleaner.

Cons:

Rooms need to be cleaner there was a red stain on our shower floor. We checked in late so we didn't bother to ask for a room change but that is unsanitary.
