Pros:

I appreciated the location and often stay at one of these hotels before early morning flights.

Cons:

The thermostat did not work. The heat or air would kick on but never kick off. It just kept going, getting over 85 degrees in the room. It wouldnt turn "off" so I spent the night switching between heat and air to try to keep from burning or freezing.
Notified front desk and they did encourage me to notify the general manager about it.

Great customer service but the rooms could be cleaner.

Cons:

Rooms need to be cleaner there was a red stain on our shower floor. We checked in late so we didn't bother to ask for a room change but that is unsanitary.

Clean & neat hotel when on the road.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I found the facility clean and neat.
The road noise wasn’t noticeable once in the room.

We enjoyed it, but we like clean, no trash on the floor and those strange smells

Cons:

There was trash and a smell on the 2nd floor where we stayed. Corridor carpet was worn badly. Room was great and the Shower was the best pressure ever anywhere and it had a glass door and room for two.
