Room was great, only downside was the weird smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like sewage? Not strong but noticeable. Other than that, I love the Dove dispensers. Also I wonder if this hotel uses soft water? Because my hair was so soft afterwards. Definitely a plus 💜. The breakfast is amazing. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. I travel alot so I love leaving great reviews so others will decide to book here and experience it themselves. Another plus, is The Dalles is within driving distance to Cascade Locks and you have to try the salmon chowder at Brighams.
the room was clean except for the toilet. it had not been cleaned properly and there
was evidence of fecal matter on the roll of TP.

Staff was amazing! Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here for the amazing staff and easy location to our travel. Pool was clean and sparkling, beds always fresh, breakfast was delicious, and grounds were bright and beautiful, parking lot felt safe.
Our floor seemed like the carpet had been cleaned and it was wet and soapy(??) but it was just a small portion of the room and the soapy smell dissipated after running the fan. Not a huge deal.
I enjoyed the stay at holiday inn and suites my sister and I loved the hotel the atmosphere was very nice and the room was very spacious we will be coming back to stay there again

Awesome experience. Friendly and professional staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast buffet. Quiet hotel and clean/tidy rooms. Housekeeping tended to the room daily which is not common in most hotels today. Highly recommend, and will stay here whenever we are in The Dalles.

Clean, modern, fresh, nice, but nearly $200 for one night after taxes and fees. Friendly efficient staff and liked the lobby amenities.
Everything about our stay was warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The staff went above and beyond—always friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had. It truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. 10/10, highly recommend.
Loved my stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful. They had an awesome blackout curtain on the window and it was quiet! The kids were happy that the pool was open until 11, since we rolled in at 8:00. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had at a place like that. There were so many choices and the coffee was made right when you wanted one. The only complaint I have is the smoke detector had a light that flashed every two seconds. In a dark room it was pretty annoying.
