I should've slept at the airport
Pros:

Close to airport as my flight was canceled.

Cons:

My flight was canceled. I had to go somewhere and catch a different flight in the morning. The front desk person wasnt there to greet me. I had to call a number. I think he was sleeping in the back!?

Bathroom was dirty. This means there was hair in the bathtub. Beds were clean. There was a used coffee packet in the coffee maker. No cream. No sugar. The floor had not been vacuumed. I was only there for 5 hours, as my flight was canceled and I needed somewhere to stay.

The room next to me was so loud. Yelling all night. Front desk wasn't very friendly. When I checked out, I told him about the yelling, the dirty bathroom and coffeemaker, he didn't say anything. So, $100 for 5 hours, having to listen to yelling, be grossed out by the shower- I cleaned it myself and no coffee, I wouldn't stay here again. I had to turn on white noise in my earbuds just to sleep. I deserve a refund, but no one even seemed to care.

Pros:

The location. We came to town to visit a relative in a nursing facility.

Cons:

The rates had been increased to triple the normal level due to it being graduation weekend for MSU. I accepted this because I had no other available options. There was no hot water at all in the morning and the room was very run down. It was definitely not a $350.00 experience.

I love it well maintain
Pros:

Clean and it was excellent service. For my first stay I definitely come back here and visit once I’m back in Michigan imma highly go back to this particular hotel
