Disappointed so we left and moved elsewhere .
Pros:

location and overall appearance of facility.

Cons:

The air conditioning had been turned off before we arrived and the rooms were hot, humid and uncomfortable!

location to the areas we wanted to be a part of was perfect (boking trip). Great stay and great trip
Pros:

Breakfast was typical of most continental breakfasts at other hotels. The inclusion of two waffle makers with different flavors was a good touch and the choice of eggs was a plus. location was fine. good availability of food.

Cons:

Our only negative was that the hotel felt outdated from an aesthetic perspective. But again, the staff was first class, attentive and accommodating to all our requests.

Nice location and nice hotel.
Pros:

We traveled to meet family. Facility was nice and clean and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast as we left by 8 am.

Fantastic location and parking near the Art Center, Downtown Spirit Lake and Arnolds Park.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. I appreciated the hot breakfast.

Cons:

It was okay but not worth what we paid for the night.
Pros:

The pool was good for the ages of my children. The bathrooms on the main floor and outside of the pool were nice.

Cons:

There was no lighting outside of the pool area to walk up to the floors so when we left the pool at 10 it was pretty dark. Also the bathrooms outside of the pool area were down a hallway that was not very lit.
The hot tub did not work it was freezing.
The pillows in the room were awful and lumpy. Our bathroom in our room did not function well.
A staff member came to the pool at 10 to get us out. We were cleaning all of our tables and making sure everything was clean and the staff member literally turned off the lights in the pool area on us. That was not pleasant.
