Nice hotel, but extra cost for breakfast and parking
Pros:

The room was nice and on the 1st floor, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that you had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot that wasn't by any businesses so you can't tell me they were worried about anyone outside of hotel visitors parking in the lot. Also breakfast was not included, these days you pay enough for the room, it's nice to have breakfast included!!

Cons:

The hotel itself was fine. The problem was that I booked this hotel knowing that it had a 24 hour airport shuttle. When I checked in, however, I was told that the shuttle was full, and I would have to book an Uber or a Lyft. If I had known that a shuttle would not be available, I would have booked elsewhere.

Pros:

NA but the staff that worked down there at the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Staff at front desk and in housekeeping was not helpful at all in finding an item that was forgotten. It was eventually found but they would not look for it and kept complaining about the “huge mess that was left” having 2 toddlers and 2 kids in a room we tried. Also they did not put my points on my Hilton honors card even anfter I had asked three times. Also bus was not driving to the MOA which is why we chose this hotel.

Pros:

Excellent staff. Close to airport. Attractive lobby. Room conveniently located to the pool.

Cons:

The room was as hot as the fires of hell. No way to adjust the thermostat or crack the window. Nearly impossible to sleep.

Paying to park as a hotel guest was quite a disappointment.

Paid $33 for salad and subpar fish and chips.

Waited over an hour for shuttle and late on breakfast- totally unacceptable. Facility is nice.
Pros:

Food was warm.

Cons:

Did not get everything out until 6:20, suppose to open at 6. Didn’t have time to eat, had shuttle scheduled for 6:30.
