Cons:

Had to pay to park in the hotel lot and it was not covered or plowed. As a hotel guest parking should have been free or deeply discounted.

Nicely remodeled rooms and food but the work isn’t complete
Pros:

The rooms have been remodeled and were clean

Cons:

The hallways had a smell and the walls were worn and dirty. I did not know about the $15 parking fee. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I did

A good get away
Pros:

As usual this place is really good for the price! The rooms are comfy I tried the drink menu at their bar for the first time and it was excellent, you can't beat the price though I highly recommend it if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel

Cons:

There were some stains on the blankets and pillows nothing too bad as to be expected

Pros:

This is my go-to when I'm in Bloomington for business. Amy is amazing. Aways a bright smile at 6 am with hot coffee and kind conversation. Thanks!

Nice hotel, but extra cost for breakfast and parking
Pros:

The room was nice and on the 1st floor, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that you had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot that wasn't by any businesses so you can't tell me they were worried about anyone outside of hotel visitors parking in the lot. Also breakfast was not included, these days you pay enough for the room, it's nice to have breakfast included!!

Great stay during a winter storm.

The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. I also thought the airport shuttle drivers were very friendly and timely.

Cons:

The hotel itself was fine. The problem was that I booked this hotel knowing that it had a 24 hour airport shuttle. When I checked in, however, I was told that the shuttle was full, and I would have to book an Uber or a Lyft. If I had known that a shuttle would not be available, I would have booked elsewhere.
