Excelente opción para Madrid. Lo recomiendo!
Pros:

Fue una grata sorpresa!! El lugar limpio, instalaciones totalmente nuevas, el baño muy bien equipado, con una ducha excelente. La ubicación de privilegio.

Классная зона рецепции в отеле. Номера тоже хорошие, всё свежее и всё продумано для удобств. Главное есть кондиционер, потому что в другом отеле это оказалось проблемой.

Cons:

Нас было 5 человек и при заселении нам дали 2 номера - 4 чел. и 1 чел. Мы долго не понимали почему такое распределение, ведь в номере для одного оказалась большая кровать и большая ванная комната. Размер номера также позволял разместиться вдвоём. В итоге мы разместились как хотели 3 чел. и 2 чел., но пришлось перенести из номера в номер комплект полотенец.

GREAT HOTEL RIGHT IN MADRID CITY CENTRE
Pros:

Everything. Right in the centre, 1 min away from Gran Via tube station. Attentive staff. Clean and comfortable. I had stunning views from my room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast. I thought it was not aligned with the standards of the hotel.

Hotel Boutique muy confortable en plena zona comercial y de ocio
Pros:

Habitacion muy bien ambientada. Reformada, moderna, confortable. Muy bien iluminada con varias iluminaciones a elegir: mucha luz o luz tenue de ambiente.

Cons:

Me robaron artículos valorados en más de 400€. Alguien entró en mi habitación mientras yo no estaba en el hotel. El hotel no tomó ninguna responsabilidad. Desde luego no volveré a quedarme en ese sitio muy inseguro me siento.

Además quien entro no se estaba hospedando en el hotel sino que era alguien de fuera que se coló puesto que puedo ver su ubicación en los AirPods Pro que me robó.

Repito que el hotel no tomó ninguna responsabilidad, vergonzoso.

Surpresa agradável
Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos, principalmente o Sr. Flavio da recepção, atencioso, ajudou muito, inclusive falando em português quando foi necessário nos ajudar.

Cons:

Elevador antigo e pequeno e lance de escadas antes do elevador, as bagagens sobem em etapas, sem bagageiro para ajudar com as malas no hotel. Fora isto tudo perfeito, o quarto família é espetacular.

Comfortable hotel in a great location with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. We arrived by train and it was really easy to get the Metro from Atocha station to Gran Via and then a 2 min walk from there to the hotel. Being able to use our credit card on the metro was fab! The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful - they made us feel very welcome. The room wasn't massive but was very comfortable with a nice bathroom.
