Pros:

Todo excelente: La ubicación, el personal y el desayuno y que esté todo hecho a nuevo el hotel.

Cons:

El Frigobar no enfría. Una lástima porque está todo el hotel hecho nuevo y ese detalle con tanto calor no poder tomar bebida fría al llegar a la habitación es una pena. Pero de todos modos el resto es todo tan bueno hace que sea un detalle.
Esto es ya hilando muy fino pero un detalle de funcionalidad la mesas de luz modernas y sin cajón no son prácticas. Ya que en toda la habitación hay un solo cajón y se supone q mínimo van 2 personas.

Cut short with no compassion
Pros:

The hotel presented well and was in a very good location, walkable to many nearby sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and well appointed. I loved the charm of the old fashioned elevator.

Cons:

Unfortunately for me and my family, my father passed away the first day of the stay and we needed to cut our visit short and travel back to the US. We ended up only staying one night. Since I prepaid for our entire visit, I asked if any consideration could be given to a bereavement discount/refund. I was very disappointed to be denied by the front desk staff and really no consideration given to our circumstances. I was/am willing to provide documentation of his death to confirm our situation, but it was not considered. It would be difficult for me to stay with you again, given the unforgiving, callous nature of the response from the hotel.

Ubicación inmejorable en un edificio clásico muy bien reciclado

La ubicación es excelente. La habitación de dos personas está bien en dimensiones.

Cons:

La habitación de 4 es un poco apretada en relación a su precio. El desayuno no está incluido y su costo adicional nos pareció un poco elevado.

Pros:

Everything was really wonderful. The room was spotless, functional, well designed, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but a little firm for my tastes. The location is perfect—but understated that the great location comes with noise from the area outside, so earplugs are necessary. I loved that they had a kettle in the room. Outlets are in convenient locations, and the lighting was nice, if a little bright. Great water pressure and temp in the shower, and A/C worked great. I loved that I could open the window doors and have a mini-balcony moment too. They I was traveling solo and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The breakfast was excellent! Honestly, this was a bit of a splurge for me but it was worth every penny and more!

Cons:

The only thing I felt it was missing was a hook or two in the room to hang my hoody and purse on. Hooks are an underrated design element that add to the functionality significantly!
