Great hotel, amazing service from Flavio

We’re visiting Madrid from Miami for the first time and staying at Petit Palace Chueca has made our experience even more special. Flavio was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He kindly helped us with an early check-in after a long flight, which we appreciated so much. Un hôtel charmant dans un quartier coloré.
Pros:

Localisation parfait dans le quartier Chueca, à 25m du métro, chambres de belle taille, produits disponibles dans la salle de bain, gentillesse du personnel, petit balcon. Nous avons aimé la décoration et l'ancien ascenseur.

Cons:

Isolation acoustique (on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs, et quand les voisins prenaient la douche ou tiraient la chasse. Oreillers trop épais.

Beaucoup trop cher pour la surface de la chambre avec une toute petite table, à peine suffisante pour travailler. Il manquait des produits au petit déjeuner qui n’étaient pas régulièrement renouvelés.

Lokatie is top als je van drukte en winkelen houd. Kamers helemaal prima. Lekker bed en goede douche.
