Wanted to get in hotel pool

Cons:

The picture shows a pool there is no pool then the pool that was connected was really not welcoming and the second night they wasn't even open. I live in MN so I looked fwd to the sun and pool

Great Stay for a night in Downtown
Pros:

Great place to stay in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The real hidden gem is the rooftop bar and kitchen.

Cons:

Valet needs more staff during busy night hours.

I went and they could find my reservation and I had to leave. Then I saw they charged my card.
