Only come here to party on the roof top at age 20
Pros:

Smelled wonderful and the beds were super comfortable

Cons:

It caters to the under 21 night club scene until 10pm and then caters to the over 21 night club scene.
The guests get shucked to the side and charged insane amounts at the meager food options on the roof bar.
Never got clean towels even though it was requested without housekeeping needed.
This hotel needs something to offset the parking issues and chaos of the night club scene hogging the elevators etc

Absolutely amazing! Wonderful hospitality!
Pros:

I loved the hospitality and extreme kindness of the host, Sofia! She went above and beyond to provide comfort, transportation and most importantly kindness and compassion!! Thank you from the bottom of the heart!

I was misled by the “airport shuttle” claim on booking.com that does not mean free shuttle, so deceiving and cheap way to get people to stay with you.

Cons:

The picture shows a pool there is no pool then the pool that was connected was really not welcoming and the second night they wasn't even open. I live in MN so I looked fwd to the sun and pool

Great Stay for a night in Downtown
Pros:

Great place to stay in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The real hidden gem is the rooftop bar and kitchen.

Cons:

Valet needs more staff during busy night hours.
