Hotel had great energy and great location.
Pros:

Convenient location with close access to arts district bars and restaurants. Great rooftop bar with nice views of the city. The decor had a fun, modern, unique vibe.

Cons:

The bar traffic and partying guests made for loud nights. The lobby furniture was a bit tired.
