Location grea
Breakfast poor
Service very bad . I booked double bed since I am staying with my brother they said they don’t have any more double bed instead they have king bed with sofa bed , I asked for prepared the since they have my
Tonany sheet in the closet just unclean pillow the answer yes we will do it . No one show up in that night, next morning I ask same thing answer yes no problem . After long day golfing we came at 8:00 pm I was shocked the king bed was same they don’t do sheet as well the sofa kept it with out sheets, for sure that’s me making me uncomfortable at all when I book with embassy suites my expiation at least like a hotel not a motel , other shampoo bottle was empty empty , shower floor tile s was loose and unsafe, I went to reception ask them you didn’t have fix the sheets there answer was maybe you left the sing do not disturb on the door l told him I take out and in morning after we left the room , we stay 4 nights never done the sheets at all and we to sleep in the same brother we are both over sixty , in the hall was a plate and two champagne glass from Saturday night till Monday morning in floor no one picked them. Up , it’s shame shame shame
Lobby but again carpet and seats were dirty
Staff were not cooperating, they kind of have an attitude…negative vibes all over
The location is the only thing that's going for this hotel. It's also what's worst about it. The convenience of I-95 and lots of restaurants and closeness to the beach
We selected the odd number room on the south side hoping to avoid majority of I-95 noise. We were unsuccessful thanks to single pane windows that don't block any outside sound.
At check in the agent was sitting on her chair checking her phone, texting, stopping couple of times to respond to text. Pretty hilarious and sad at the same time...
La habitacion estuvo excelente
El desayuno pudo tener mas variedad (no tenian queso por ejemplo)
Chef Kenny was the highlight of our stay.
His hospitality and humor helped make our stay joyful.
Frequent traveler, had stayed at this facility over 25 times over the last 2 decades. Location is great with lots of eating/shopping options in area and easy access for travel. Staff that tries hard but are seriously over extended.
1.Run-down facility with serious reduction in staff affecting cleanliness, both in rooms and at restaurant.
2.Over flowing garbage cans at entrance.
3. Wet floors in first floor (in front elevator from restaurant/pool area), creating extremely haphazard conditions (short staffed).
4.Decreased food selection for breakfast, that often runs out. Not enough plates/cups/ utensils, as dirty plates piled up clearly visible.
5.Excessive parking fees, used to be no charge. Currently charging $25 daily, more than double what others hotels in area charge. For reference, Marriott 1 block over is $12.
While we have seen some negative changes over the years, we always had fun memories and returned. Sadly this is the end of an era, as we will not return to Embassy Suite at PGA Blvd. In fact, currently staying at a different hotel. There are better options for the price.
It was a nice hotel good service loved This hotel exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable, which made the stay really enjoyable. The location was also a huge plus—close to everything and easy to get to. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, relax
i had a great stay at this . I would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and close to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish.
I had a great time. The service was good. The food was good. If i had a choice i would go again. The room was pile an average hotel. I really enjoyed myself.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and everything worked well. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would recommend it.
i had an amazing time. everything was clean, food was nice, and friendly staff. i would definitely go again. 10/10 everything
Recently refurbished. A definite improvement over the older style Embassy Suites.
The property is lovely. However, it’s difficult to know how/where to park. The sign says “visitor only” but there’s also a car rental business on site. I had to call the hotel from the garage to ask about parking. I found out, from a rather terse employee, that self-parking (which it turns out I was doing and there is no valet) costs $26. I had to walk my bags down a ramp, check in, and return with a piece of paper for my dashboard. All alone at night. For an extra $26. We’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for over 25 years. The off switch is now permanent.
When I asked to speak to a manager in the morning, the lovely woman at the desk explained she was all alone. Someone else needed assistance from a manager, too. It’s unprofessional to leave guests without an option to speak to someone, as well as to leave employees in the position of having no recourse to address guests’ inevitable issues.
Nice lobby and room
Had to go down to lobby to get blankets because they didn't have overnight housekeeping. The room was cool when going to bed but got hot in the middle of the night. Shower curtain kept falling down while Showering.
Everything!!!! Personnel, food, room, pool, everything was spectacular!
Not a thing
$25 per night parking fee not mentioned at any time.
