The breakfast is horrible. Dry food, the staff takes forever to refill each station, the bartender makes sure to point out that he only gets paid from tips, the food attendant for breakfast sits on her phone and stands at tables for 15 minutes just talking, they clean up tables and start breaking down 10+ minutes in advance yet the hotel still wants all our money. Very poor service and bad experience
Business takes us to PBG every seven weeks. This property is our go to accommodation. Check in is always welcoming, hospitable. Our Hilton Honors status is always recognized. Rooms always clean and fresh. Public areas are comfortable. The location is great. In a city offering many accommodation choices, this one is a standout!
The highlights of our stay were Chef Kenny during breakfast and the bartender at the evening reception, both of whom provided exceptional service and truly enhanced our experience.
Unfortunately, several operational issues significantly impacted the overall stay. Accessing the pool amenities was unnecessarily frustrating because guests were required to wait in line at the front desk to obtain and return towels. The process was inefficient, especially since only one staff member was handling towel distribution while simultaneously managing guest check-ins and other front desk responsibilities.
On checkout day, we visited the spa hoping for a relaxing and therapeutic experience, only to discover that the hot tub jets were not functioning properly, which was very disappointing.
The most troubling experience occurred prior to checkout. After bringing our luggage downstairs, housekeeping entered our room before we had officially checked out and discarded my personal thermos and high-end water bottle. When I questioned why the room had been entered and my belongings removed before checkout, I was told, “We just do that,” and informed the items had already been sent to the trash. I requested that the items be retrieved and returned. Additionally, the room soap had not been replenished during the stay, requiring me to use my own supplies.
While there were some standout employees who provided excellent hospitality, the operational and housekeeping issues negatively affected what should have been a relaxing experience.
We have stayed there a number of times and always have had a good stay, beautiful lobby, and good breakfast.
Unfortunately, we were in room 414, and the bathroom door stuck badly. When I reported it to the young man at the desk upon check out, I got the impression he didn't care and just wanted me to leave.. Also, before I checked out the last day, I was in the room in the bathroom when one of you staff walked in our room without knocking. I could understand that if I had already checked out, but I hadn't. It was very embarrassing.

Le personnel a été réactif suite à notre signalement et nous a immédiatement proposé un changement de chambre. Nous avons ainsi été relogés dans une chambre plus grande, avec une suite globalement agréable. L’effort est à saluer.
L’expérience débute très mal avec une première chambre envahie de fourmis dans la salle de bain, et pas quelques-unes… des centaines de fourmis. Une situation tout simplement inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.
La seconde chambre, bien que plus spacieuse, présentait également des problèmes de propreté, notamment un sol clairement sale. La salle de bain, quant à elle, est extrêmement petite.
Les installations extérieures ne sont pas à la hauteur : piscine en mauvais état, équipements abîmés et mobilier de détente sale.
En résumé, malgré la réactivité du personnel, le niveau général de propreté et d’entretien n’est absolument pas digne d’un hôtel quatre étoiles.
Convenient location with a nice breakfast included and suite
A bit run down outside of the room itself. No hand soap or ironing board which we had to request and took some time. But the room itself was very spacious and great to have a big couch and separate living room.

Service very bad . I booked double bed since I am staying with my brother they said they don’t have any more double bed instead they have king bed with sofa bed , I asked for prepared the since they have my
Tonany sheet in the closet just unclean pillow the answer yes we will do it . No one show up in that night, next morning I ask same thing answer yes no problem . After long day golfing we came at 8:00 pm I was shocked the king bed was same they don’t do sheet as well the sofa kept it with out sheets, for sure that’s me making me uncomfortable at all when I book with embassy suites my expiation at least like a hotel not a motel , other shampoo bottle was empty empty , shower floor tile s was loose and unsafe, I went to reception ask them you didn’t have fix the sheets there answer was maybe you left the sing do not disturb on the door l told him I take out and in morning after we left the room , we stay 4 nights never done the sheets at all and we to sleep in the same brother we are both over sixty , in the hall was a plate and two champagne glass from Saturday night till Monday morning in floor no one picked them. Up , it’s shame shame shame
