Middling quality in a run-down area
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The balcony door was almost soundproof, muffling the noise from the street. Breakfast choice was limited but the continental style breakfast was good quality.

Cons:

The timber floor in my room was stained, should be scrubbed. No chair in the room, only a stool which was not comfortable to sit in. No electrical socket near the bed to charge my phone. The 'reading light' was too low, should be higher up to allow one to read in bed. The general area around the hotel was very run down and streets strewn with litter. Not the hotel's fault of course, but I would not stay in that area again.

Naples is a dump.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Naples is very dirty. Litter and graffiti everywhere. The hotel is surrounded by it. Shower cubicle tiny. Water temperature changed constantly. Laundry service poor. Had to ask for lavatory paper as cleaners didn’t replenish stocks.
