Good hotel near everything

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely wonderful experience, made even more memorable by one exceptional member of staff who truly went above and beyond which was Gianfranco.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, but it was during my stay that their kindness really stood out. They took the time to notice the small details—remembering my name, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and offering thoughtful recommendations that made my visit even more enjoyable. At one point, when I had a minor issue with my room, they handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring it was resolved without any inconvenience to me.

What impressed me most was their genuine care and enthusiasm. It didn’t feel like standard customer service—it felt personal. Their positive attitude and willingness to help created such a welcoming atmosphere that it truly elevated my entire stay.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and they are a real credit to the hotel. Thanks to them, what would have been a good stay turned into a great one. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

Albergo confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione dei treni e della metro. Pro e contro della vicinanza alla stazione, come sempre nelle grandi metropoli: ottima accessibilità ai mezzi di trasporto; necessita' di prestare più attenzione del solito, soprattutto la sera, vista la presenza di soggetti non molto raccomandabili.

Ha máshol lenne a szalloda akkor szuper lenne.

Nagy ,kényelmes ágy.
A fürdőszobai zuhanyzóban mérete nagyon kicsi.
A tusolófej alá nem fértem be( 194 cm).
Nagyon finom és bőséges reggeli.

Non male la colazione e la Hall.
Il Sig Gianfranco ha reso il soggiorno piacevole con la sua cordialità a disponibilità.
Molto professionale e cordiale, è sicuramente merito suo se in questa recensione ho scelto di lasciare qualche votazione positiva.

Cons:

L’hotel per essere un 4 stelle è abbastanza trascurato. Le camere sono poco curate e vecchie.
