A great location and tasty breakfast
Pros:

It is in a central location for the train station, tour pick up points and the main central areas to visit. Breakfast was very varied with a wide choice

Ich hatte ein größeres Zimmer gebucht, erhalten habe ich jedoch ein sehr kleines und beengtes Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist schwach – Auswahl gering, Qualität unterdurchschnittlich. Der Kaffee bzw. Espresso schmeckt minderwertig und entspricht nicht dem Standard Italiens.
Trotz vorhandenem Kofferwagen gibt es keinen Kofferservice.

Fazit: Dieses Haus entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne-Standard, eher dem unteren Bereich von 3 Sternen. Nicht zu empfehlen – für mich definitiv kein zweites Mal.

Enjoyed the hotel, but the location is awful.

The staff, hotel & food were fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel was located in an awful part of Naples. Graffiti & rubbish everywhere, felt unsafe walking around.
