Pros:

That there was all inclusive wellness and fitness with it and breakfast was really nice + it's quite close to center of city

Cons:

That personally with my room the view wasn't any much that good, and there were some spots that weren't cleaned very good so it didn't feel much like 5 star hotel

Das Zimmer mit seesicht ist groß und sauber gewesen.

Cons:

Das die Bar um 23 Uhr so früh schon schließt.
Beim Restaurant versteht man es aber im Urlaub und Bar im Hotel nicht.

Luxurious with just a few minor issues.
Pros:

Big room, great view, good breakfast. Amazingly fast and smooth lift. Trolleybus pass was a great help and saved no end of walking.

Cons:

Bathroom too dark, no none slip shower mat. Chairs on the balcony needed cushions and left marks on clothing.

Mosquitos, Plenty Mosquitos. They didn't let us sleep , I sent emails and booking.com messages but we couldn't get any replies or respond. Plenty empty spaces for cars , but you need to pay for parking. Sorry but who give the five stars to hotel must be blind. It need pest control and stuff training, kindness please .Mosquitos was already inside , nice location, beautiful view but..

Für ein 5 Sternhotel auf diesem Preisniveau ungenügendes, veraltetes, renovationsbedürftiges Hotel.
Pros:

Hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal beim check-in, welches uns bereitwillig 2 Optionen an Zimmern vorführte. Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlichem Angebot ausgestattet, Personal trotz anstrengendem Engagement sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Kompliment!
Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, das ist super!

Cons:

Die Zimmer gegen die Hauptstrasse hinaus sind unerträglich wegen des Dauerlärms, vorallem die Motorradfahren sind völlig rücksichtslos. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu überhören.
Das Ersatzzimmer gegen den See hinaus mit üblem Rauchgeschmack, vermutlich von den Vormietern versehen, unzumutbar.
Licht- und Stromanlage zu kompliziert zu verstehen und richtig anzuwenden, entweder brennt überall das Licht oder es hat nirgendswo Strom!
Betten unbequem.
TV-Programm unberechenbar, manchmal sind einige Sender empfangsbereit, dann wieder mal nicht, andere können überhaupt nicht aufgerufen werden. Am Abreisetag ging gar nichts, alle Kanäle tot.
WC-Spülknopf defekt, nur mit überdurchschnittlicher Kraft zu bedienen.
Teppich viel zu alt und unhygienisch, an einer grossen Stelle unmittelbar nach der Eingangstüre ein grosser runder Wasserfleck, schwierig, diesem auszuweichen. Heutige Hotelzimmer sollten nie mehr mit Teppichen ausgestattet werden.
Die ganze Ausstattung ist veraltet und ausgeleiert und müsste rundum erneuert und den heutigen Marktbedürfnissen an ein 5 Sternhotel angepasst werden.
Ein Anstehen bei der Reception in einem 5 Sternhotel ist ein absolutes no go! Weder beim Einchecken noch beim Auschecken, mit einer optimalen Dispositionspolitik soll sowohl in den rush hours der Eincheck- und Auscheckzeit immer ausreichend Personal vorhanden sein, und für schwierige und langwierige Gäste sollte ein Spezialcounter ins Leben gerufen werden.

Room with a view and peace, great place to unwind
Pros:

The room view is excellent. Perfect view towards lake Geneva. Its amazing to unwind and stay away from all electronics and soak in the very beautiful natural view of the lake and mountains.
The Spa and Massage options are great. Perfect way to unwind and relax. Good place to slow down.

Cons:

Food options are limited. Breakfast is great , but the options for room service, Lunch and dinner are limited (No pasta, Noodles or pizza)

Top Hotel mit 70-/80-er Jahre Stil, wenn man das mag, perfekt direkt an der Seepromenade gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Seeufer ist perfekt. Das Zentrum von Montreux ist nah und die Promenda am See entlang in Richtung Vevey sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet für 30 CHF war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Bedienung im Restaurant, an der Bar und am Frühstücksbuffet war total überfordert und sehr unprofessionell. Es scheint sich vorwiegend um jobbende Studenten gehandelt zu haben, die ständig Bestellungen falsch übermittelt haben, was fallengelassen haben und/oder schlechte Fremdsprachkenntnisse hatten.

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtig hotel!
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen aan een grote weg maar de meeste kamers liggen achteraan of aan de zijkant. Je hebt dus weinig of geen geluid van voorbijrijdende auto’s . Achteraan geniet je van het prachtige meer van Genève! Het hotel is supermooi, clean, en vooral al de mensen die er werken zijn heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam, en leggen de hotelgasten “in de watten”!
