Pros:

Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur le lac elle était grande et confortable très propre vraiment rien à redire. Le personnel était sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons mangé au restaurant qui était vraiment très bon. Le petit déjeuner était aussi super.

Cons:

ça manquait un peu de choix dans le mini-bar ma compagne voulait boire un petit verre ou deux en plus en fin de soirée mais aucun alcool fort dans la sélection.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with lovely view of the lake
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and came to offer us chocolates every night, which the kids love. Our suite room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the lake from the balcony.

Cons:

The exterior facade of the hotel looks a little old and dirty, could do with a power-wash to improve the first impression when arriving from the main road.
It would also be much appreciated if the hotel offered its guests a travel card that allowed guests to use the public transport in this town for free. We had that from the hotels from Lucerne, Grindelwald and Geneva, so I think it's quite common.
