Montreux e a Suíça sao lindos. Este hotel, um desapontamento! Pelo preço, escolha outro!

Cons:

O hotel NÃO É um cinco estrelas! Parece, na realidade, um quatro estrelas decadente, que precisa urgentemente de uma Reforma! O tapete do quarto já está muito desgastado… O chuveiro é DENTRO da Banheira e oferece GRANDE perigo a pessoas de mais idade, como eu e minha mulher! Reclamei do quarto, especialmente do chuveiro e pedi uma troca de quarto; me ofereci para pagar mais, para um Suite etc. Mas, esbarrei num funcionário da recepção de imensa má vontade e que me “ofereceu um banquinho”, para solucionar o problema! Foi uma péssima chegada ao Hotel. com uma recepção muito inamistosa! Havia um número grande de Teainees (!!) - treinando com os próprios hóspedes, o seu check-in! Não sabiam fazer nada… !Minha sugestão? Escolham outro hotel, em Montreux!

5 Sterne Hotel, das leider in Sachen Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage perfekt.

Cons:

Leider hatte es für ein 5 Sterne Hotel in der Lobby keine Klimaanlage. Dies war bei diesen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm.
