Great service. We stayed just one night but staff were all very friendly and personable, room was clean and we also enjoyed a late check-out.

All the documents in the room were in chiness, couldn't read or understand any of the manuals nor notes. To resolve this: Should provide also a translated manual or documents in atleast English for foreigners. I loved that each of the lamp switches had a translation, in order for me to know what each one did. Should do the same with each document or staff note.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and we were especially impressed by the size of the family room - it was huge!
The hotel is extremely kid-friendly, with a small kids’ club that’s perfect for guests traveling with children.
The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety to start the day.
The location is ideal if you’re visiting the Wuzhen Scenic Area.

Excellence condition. Friendly and professional staffs.
The family unit we stayed in was very spacious. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Some of the chairs in the restaurants were covered with stains - please improve on this.
The hotel is very well located close to the east side of wuzhen and to the bus station. It delivers what you expectations from an hotel of it's price range and chain
