L'ospitalità del direttore Pietro. Quando ha capito la mia difficoltà di andare a cenare fuori poiché la sala era impegnata da una scolaresca, senza battere ciglio mi ha detto: si fermi, sarà ospite mio.
Non me lo aspettavo e quidi una sorprea piacevole

Potenzialmente una bella struttura.

Difficile decidere da cosa iniziare: cena già pagata non disponibile quindi non ricevuta,camera diversa da quella prenotata,direttore di sala…,ci ho dormito due notti e nessuno ha pulito la stanza! Neanche una piccola spazzata o letti rifatti,nulla! Soprattutto nessun tentativo di risarcimento o di rimborso per le mancanze evidenziate se un secco “no, ci dispiace” punto!per fortuna Booking è il top e ci è venuto incontro perché non hanno risposto neppure a loro! Direttore completamente assente. Suite? Solo perché è un ambiente grande non può chiamarsi suite!

Deludente per essere un 4 stelle.
Pros:

Il personale della sala ristorante, professionale e cordiale e la posizione dell' hotel comoda per gli spostamenti.

Cons:

Le camere hanno bisogno di manutenzione ( soprattutto i bagni) e di un sistema di climatizzazione autonomo, faceva caldo in camera e il sistema centralizzato non prevedeva ancora per la stagione aria condizionata ( così ci è stato detto perlomeno).

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Autobahn ist gut. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war genug groß, das Bad ebenso. Es gab auch eine sehr große Balkone mit einem schönen Ausblick. Obwohl die Autobahn in der Nähe ist, stört sie kaum.
Nach Anfrage wurde uns eine Kanne heißes Wasser gegeben, für den Tee am Abend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel ist recht alt und abgenutzt. Im Frühstücksraum war es extrem kalt. Auf unsere Bitte die Klimaanlage abzustellen (in März!), wurde nicht reagiert. Englisch (und deutsch) wird nur an der Rezeption gesprochen. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.
Die Kopfkissen waren wir uns zu flach, wir fragten an der Rezeption ob man uns zusätzlich welche bringen kann. Die Dame wollte sich drum kümmern, aber das wars ja auch... nie wieder von ihr gehört.

Adorei! Voltaria mais vezes.
Pros:

O quarto era grande, contava com frigobar e uma bela varanda com vista para a cidade. O café da manhã era muito farto, com diversas opções doces e salgadas. As 2 mulheres (loiras) que faziam parte da equipe do café da manhã eram muito, muito simpáticas e gentis, repondo os itens a todo o instante sempre com um sorriso no rosto.

Cons:

A academia e spa estavam fechados durante toda a nossa estadia.
O quarto era um pouco quente (nos hospedamos no começo de abril).
