Geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir bei diesem Hotel die Lage als auch die Tatsache, dass ein Parkplatz inkludiert ist. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn und ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Die Betten waren angenehm. Für ein Kurzaufenthalt würde ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Hotel gibt an, ein, vier Sterne Hotel zu sein. Das ist es aus meiner Sicht nicht. Ich war in Italien in vielen Hotels, die drei Sterne hatten und deutlich besser werden. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Fernseher funktionierte bei uns nicht. Des Weiteren haben Handtücher im Zimmer gefehlt, so dass ich noch mal nachhaken musste. Das Frühstück war sehr überlaufen und die Gäste mussten warten, damit sie einen Platz bekommen konnten, obwohl einige Tische frei waren, allerdings nicht gedeckt waren.

Ho dovuto fare la doccia con acqua fredda, a causa di ospiti numerosi che, a detta dell’hotel , hanno consumato tutta l’acqua calda. Scusa che non giustifica la mancanza di acqua calda nella mi stanza… si suppone che la quantità di acqua calda sia sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti della struttura. Richiesta più volte fattura fin dal momento della prenotazione e mai ricevuta. Poca professionalità.

Pros:

La gestione di una problematica di prenotazione da me causata per errore, la professionalità della signora Cristina che ha recepito il mio problema risolvendolo in modo eccezionale , anche questo è ospitalità , è vero è tutto molto bello e e curato la colazione è ottima , ma a volte non è scontato il rapporto umano come in questo caso. Davvero eccezionale

Colazione a buffet ricca si ma di prodotti mediocri così come la cena civi tremendi pane surgelato spesso duro nessun cibo del territorio almeno che pasta al pomodoro e al ragu, bistecca alla pizzaiola e hamburger non vengano considerate del territorio...unico piatto degno di nota la carne salada tipica comunque del Trentino. Olio di discount si compra all'eurospin in un luogo dove l'olio la fa da padrone...carta vini non presente pue essendoci una piccola selezione di bottiglie che onestamente si troverebbe pure difficile abbinare al cibo tipo mensa.

La moquette nel corridoio che porta alle stanze sporca e rotta, le tende nella camera non oscurano e 1 aveva un buco la pulizia inesistente così come il set di cortesia

Ho soggiornato due volte, camera standard, pulita nulla da rilevare, colazione buona per il prezzo pagato direi che andato tutto più che bene, personale cordiale ed attento, sicuramente torneremo!

Lo staff molto gentile e cordiale e bella la location. Cibo molto buono

Cons:

Camera molto calda. La grande vetrata per uscire in balcone, non aiutava perché surriscaldava tutta la stanza. Aria condizionata non funzionante, in quanto buttava fuori aria calda. Notte abbastanza sofferta.
