Top Personal und Hausmeister – Zimmer mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sehr sauber und von der Größe her absolut in Ordnung.

​Personal: Das gesamte Team an den verschiedenen Stationen war super freundlich und aufmerksam.

​Service / Hausmeister: Ein großes Lob geht an den Hausmeister: Als unsere Eingangstür häufig klemmte, war er stets erreichbar, äußerst höflich und hat direkt versucht, das Problem zu beheben.

Cons:

​Badezimmer / Verletzungsgefahr: Die Steinplatte am Waschtisch war gebrochen. Durch die scharfen Kanten besteht hier ein reales Verletzungsrisiko – besonders für Kinder.

​Lichtsteuerung: Die Schalter im Zimmer waren verwirrend und kompliziert zu bedienen, da einige davon scheinbar gar keine Funktion hatten.

​Türe: Die Eingangstür hat trotz Reparaturversuch immer wieder geklemmt.

Als Zwischenhalt durchaus empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, gute Lage zwischen Gardasee und Verona, neben der Autobahn und dennoch ruhig. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Hotelgarage.
Wir nutzen ein Angebot mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht gesaugt, die Bettdecke war nicht überzogen, lediglich ein zusätzliches Leintuch vorhanden.
Die Qualität des Abendessens (Buchung mit Halbpension) war mäßig und die Menukarte identisch bei 2 Übernachtungen.

Kann man ruhigen Gewissens für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück und das Personal waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut, etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber. Und es gibt eine Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Safe auf dem Zimmer.

Non ci ritornerò!
Pros:

Hotel a prima vista bello e imponente. Grandi spazi interni ed esterni, garage per la macchina. Grandezza della camera, 3 bottigliette di acqua a disposizione all'arrivo.

Cons:

Appena arrivati accoglienza decisamente poco conviviale e fredda. Ancora prima di appoggiare la valigia mi hanno chiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Presa la chiave, siamo andati alla stanza. Maniglia che se non si faceva attenzione ti restava in mano. Appena aprivi la porta un cattivo odore ti assiliva e la camera caldissima. Non si poteva mettere mano al condizionatore perchè centralizzato. Ma la camera essendo a sud con il sole che picchiava sulla grande vetrata che ti portava in terrazza, da mezzogiorno alla sera decisamente non era sufficiente. Siamo a andati a chiedere.... ci hanno detto di portare pazienza che ci voleva un po' per raffreddarsi. Per oscurare la doppia vetrata due tende blu semitrasparenti. Alle 6 avevi la luce in camera. Bagno grande, ma decisamente poca manutenzione e cura. Il portarotolo era mezzo staccato dal muro, dietro il water usciva acqua e il cattivo odore per via del ricircolo dell'aria, arrivava in camera. Televisione: quando si accendeva prendeva malamente un paio di canali, il secondo giorno non si è proprio più accesa. Come ho detto a una signorina della reception, io credo che ci siano camere decisamente migliori, e camere che metteno sul sito a prezzo scontato ma che non lo valgono assolutamente nemmeno con il prezzo inferiore. Per quella camera decisamente non è un 4 stelle. Colazione standard, nulla di che.

Praticamente tutto, dal check in al check out, passando per la camera e il ristorante, solo...

Cons:

Un piccolo neo, il servizio la sera della cena molto lento, anche se il ristorante era relativamente pieno (relativamente rispetto alle sole due persone che servivano ai tavoli), il servizio è stato proprio troppo lento. Credo sia stato un caso, però è andata così...
