Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte ok.
Pros:

Der Kaffeeautomat bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war doch sehr begrenzt. Nur süß, nichts herzhaftes, weder Wurst noch Käse. Das ich schon viel besser erlebt.

The younger kid working there was kind.

Cons:

Terrible service from staff. I got a ton of attitude when asking for a second key for my girlfriend. The older guy was super rude to me. It's pretty run down for the price.

Staff: Gracious young man at reception remembered speaking with me on the phone a couple days previously.

Coffee: the do-it-yourself coffee and espresso machine was a fabulous perk (just don’t order anything with “cream/milk” - that imitation stuff RUINED the great coffee!)

Cons:

Parking was tight.
More protein-rich items on the serving bar for breakfast would greatly improve it.

Was told no extra blankets by a rude employee then was told there was no late check out even though the website offers it.Miilk at breakfast was spoiled which made the waffles disgusting. Floor was so dirty it turned our socks black. Loud neighbors. Pool is not heated as advertised. Very disappointing stay.

Floors were dirty. Had plumbing issues and didn’t work. Parking lot was full to capacity and really hard to maneuver with a large vehicle

We got the last room available on short notice.Price was low for Santa Cruz

Cons:

Our room was sickening thick smell of smoke. It gave us an instant headache ache . I use a c pap machine while I sleep and the next morning at 5am I woke with a horrible sore throat and headache from the smoke drenched room. Also there was a box of Taco Bell left overs left in the fridge upon our arrival.
The rest of the room was clean except the smoke smell which we had to open our window thank Goodness or we couldn't have bear it!

Pros:

The room looked clean when I entered and smelled like bleach. However, when I walked on the floor with bare feet my feet got so dirty! Also, at 11:00 am the next morning as I'm preparing to leave, the maid staff knocked on my door to tell me it was check out time and they needed to clean the room! Then as we were walking out, he walked right in before we could lock the door! This has never happened to me at an establishment. It was highly unprofessional and completely rude.
