I enjoyed the coffee espresso machine in the office. I like the provided shampoo and conditioner. The office manager was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms didn’t have a chair for the table. The pillows were lumpy. When the room was cleaned only one of the two beds were made. The first day we arrived the room had an over powering smell of bleach.

Contrairement à mon premier séjour une semaine auparavant, j'ai été quelque peu déçue.
J’avais semble-t-il validé une chambre pour personne avec handicap.
Le personnel ne parlant pas français je n'avais pas tout compris. Heureusement j'ai pu changer de chambre le surlendemain
(merci l'appli traduction).
Par contre en une semaine la qualité avait bien changée. Pas de savon dans la douche, faire un lit de façon correcte semblait apparemment quelque chose de difficile (du coup j'avais tout refait)machine à café en panne, pratiquement aucun fruit, plus de jus d'orange.
J'avoue que j'ai été satisfaite quand l'heure du départ est arrivée.
si je n'avais pas payé en réservant je pense que je ne serai pas rester, quitte à perdre la journée.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war doch sehr begrenzt. Nur süß, nichts herzhaftes, weder Wurst noch Käse. Das ich schon viel besser erlebt.

Coffee: the do-it-yourself coffee and espresso machine was a fabulous perk (just don’t order anything with “cream/milk” - that imitation stuff RUINED the great coffee!)
