Calm, charming, clean, and wonderful value.
Pros:

The place was wonderfully well kept, cute, clean, and very much a calm spot super close to campus. The interiors were nicely furnished with antiquesand school memorabilia. It was like having a studio apartment.

Nice, small, hotel, close to the A&M campus, with reasonable rates.
Pros:

We liked the location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the staff and separately spaced rooms. The courtyard was nice with beautiful plants, clean pool a few quaint sitting areas.

Cons:

The property is outdated. The rooms need to be updated with newer furniture, decor and bed linens.

Overall my stay was better than most hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast didn't have any hot foods besides the waffles that are made by us.
Location was great.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had better options. There was mostly bread, I would of liked more protien.

Good location. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

It was freezing. Space heater didn't work. I almost checked out because I was so cold my body hurt and I couldn't sleep. Carpets felt sticky and kitchen wasn't fully cleaned.
