El personal del hotel excelente en todos los turnos, realmente hacen la diferencia en el hotel, sumamente amables, atentos, cordiales a toda hora.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena

Las habitaciones no son muy buenas, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, las cortinas no se podian abrir por tanto la habitación quedaba oscura. El agua de la ducha fria. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que pedir mantas. El ascensor sumamente pequeño.

Elevador muito pequeno, cabe apenas 1 pessoa por vez, os quartos parecem ser um pouco antigo, tinha um cheirinho de mofo, mas pelo preço tava ok

El wifi se cortaba mucho eso es para mejorar se puede sin mucho dinero y también los asesores muy chicos es un problema estructural de diseño eso ya lo sabia porque no es la primera vez que voy pero el resto bien .
