Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The ladies serving breakfast were so sweet and accomodating to our kids (and us).

El trato de los empleados fue excelente.
Que hubiese servicio de aparcamiento en el hotel, ya que la zona en la que se encuentra es difícil de aparcar.
El desayuno era variado pero sencillo.
La limpieza del hotel era excelente.

Pros:

The breakfast staff were truly amazing (the breakfast was also nice)! Super polite and helpful.

Good size room for our family of 4. We only stayed 1 night before our flight back home. The location was Okey for that purpose.

Cons:

Sockets were broken and instead of fixing them they hid them behind the bed.... so dangerous!

Also reception staff at night was a little dodgy....

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

Cons:

Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Tür(Linie 13 b TiranRe) und mi 40 Lek (40 Cent)kam man bequem ins Zentrum.
