Pros:

The hotel room is clean but the towels had whole and very old. The sheet is also old and had spot on it too. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great when I eventually found it
Pros:

The address of this hotel is wrongly listed on hotels.com. And the location indicated on the map on the website is wrong. It is actually located a mile away from where the hotels.com map indicates. None of the local people knew the hotel, so it took me over an hour to find it !

The correct address is 5/209 Leabkhlong Rd, Khao Noi Village, Hua Hin.

The hotel was great. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything worked properly. Helpful staff. It's a 30 minute walk to the town centre, which was fine for me, or a 10 minute walk to the road where you can pick up a songtaew into town. There are a couple of bars nearby, and good value food court (Pae Mai) a short walk away.
