Cons:

The amount of cockroaches in the room was insane , stayed 2 nights never showered. The shower smelled of mold, we slept with all the lights on in fear of the roaches. Never brought our bags in the room didn’t want to take home any unwanted travelers. They have a lot of people who live there so it’s really not ment for travelers.

Pros:

The room was fantastic, I was not expecting such a nice room. I've stayed at a lot of motel 6 rooms, and this one is by far the best. The full kitchen, nice big shower, comfy bed. All around just a great stay.

Absolutely unacceptable experience on February 19.

We booked a double-bed room and requested first-floor access due to a disabled elderly family member. We were traveling with two kids and one elderly parent who has difficulty walking.

At check-in, the front desk first said there was one first-floor room with one bed. Then after seeing my mother struggle to walk, he suddenly said no rooms were available at all. When we questioned the inconsistency, he became hostile, yelled at us, and told us to “get the f*** out of here.”

Using profanity and yelling at a family with children and a disabled elderly person is beyond unprofessional. We felt disrespected and discriminated against.

This behavior is unacceptable and management needs to address it immediately.
