Magnique Hotel aux services premium mais chambres à améliorer

Hôtel absolument sublime ! Les lieux sont très vastes et magnifiques. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le buffet, qui est excellent et varié.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la première n’était pas propre. La seconde était plus moderne, mais il y avait une odeur d’humidité très désagréable. La literie n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes : surmatelas inconfortable et draps qui ne semblaient pas propres. C’est dommage car cela contraste avec le reste de l’expérience, qui était très positive.
Bien que très équipée, la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur. La literie devrait être changée et les chambres mieux ventilées.

Amazing experience. So well looked after and came out feeling brand new.

having never had a harram before, me and my daughter were unsure as to the proces, but staff were friendly, re assuring and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

if you are visiting, this is a must do experience.

We will be back……
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Excellent service. Villa for family of 4 guests was perfect. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with Mouhcine in particular making sure we had a perfect stay. Nothing was too much trouble, we will be back.

Great spa, good products.
Mouna (spa therapist) is a treasure of this spa. I did one of the offered SPA rituals, including hammam and a full body massage. Felt truly rejuvenated. Booked two treatments extra after that.
