Saletés de mouettes partout et bruit
Cons:

Je suis très déçue de ce séjour. La présence de mouettes partout (fenêtres, balcons, piscine) était très gênante, et des fientes partout. On ne peut meme pas dormir avec le bruit des mouettes.
Ce n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Very stressful experience due to poor communication, misleading address, and unacceptable hygiene.

The location was relatively central, but unfortunately the overall experience was very stressful.

Cons:

I informed the property in advance that my flight would arrive late after midnight, but they did not properly communicate with me or explain that check-in could be an issue. I was left outside alone at night from around 2:00 AM until approximately 3:30 AM trying to contact them. The address provided was misleading and different from the actual location.

The communication was unprofessional and made me feel unsafe and stressed. In addition, the hygiene conditions were unacceptable, especially the toilet and bathroom which were extremely dirty.

Pros:

L emplacement est idéal , la piscine et les parties communes sont super

Cons:

Dans les chambres les sanitaires ont pas été refaits et ils sont vieux ainsi que le mobilier , c est dommage le rapport qualité prix est trop haut . Le personnel est gentil mais il y en a peu , ce n est pas à l a hauteur d un Sofitel dommage

Very overpriced for what is offered
Pros:

Good location, nice beach area, breakfast buffet was nice. Great introduction and check in process

Cons:

Very old in certain places, room was borderline dirty, paint coming off, dirty walls, things not working, bathtub discoloured, hair on the toilet, & standards were far below what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel/resort.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel very much. Many very special thanks to Mrs Hajiba (my room assistant ) as to Mr Mounier ( waiter at the restaurant) for the outstanding kindness and professionalism — this made my stay truly memorable. You both did a great job and if I will come back then mainly to your excellent and exquisite service. Also thank you to the maitres de cuisine. You are outstanding and the food was always delicious. .

Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, stets hilfsbereit und immer mit einem herzlichen Lächeln. Top Anlage, direkt am Strand und sehr großem Pool. Liegt etwas abseits der Stadt, dort allerdings liegen die meisten Hotels.

Cons:

Überraschend wenig Restaurants oder Supermärkte in der Umgebung - das meiste zwar zu Fuß erreichbar, aber man ist immer mindestens 30 Minuten unterwegs. Ansonsten ist man auf Taxis angewiesen
