Très bel hôtel meuble avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et bien entretenu l en front de mer mais ne possèdant pas de plage privée

Cons:

La chambre indigne d un 5 étoiles, salle de bain vétuste, toilettes bouché le jour de mon arrivée, frigo avec une grosse couche de givre, peu de prises électriques dans la chambre et aucune dans la salle de bain, climatisation centrale impossible de la régler ou de l arrêter.
Personnel à l accueil charmant mais pas efficace.

La piscine un peu le décor.
Ce que j ai plus appréciée c est le personnel, ils sont d une gentillesse tjrs disponibles,souriants,tous le personnel de l hotel et surtout, Mohssine,Rachid, Ghislaine du spa,latifa la femme de ménage sans oublier le personnel de la piscine, c était tjrs un plaisir de les retrouver tous les matins.

Cons:

Ce que je n ai pas appréciée et dommage pour un grand hôtel que la restauration n était pas à la hauteur.

Pros:

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff were exceptionally polite and happy to help.
The breakfast buffet was out of this world and caters for the highest of standards.
Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable with everything in working order.
The pool area was again immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere
We travelled with our 5 year old son who had such a great time, helped by the staff who made him feel very special.

It was okay!
Pros:

I may say that the personnel were very friendly and responsive, they have done their best accommodating our needs without any issues!

Cons:

I may start with the room, the bedsheets were not clean, as we arrived around 11PM we prefer not to complain as our baby was already asleep; the room carpet was unclean and not vacuumed, there was hair all over the place; the bathroom was full time smelling and that requires engineering interference!
The food - meaning the in room dining was terrible, we asked for pizza such was supper salty and spaghetti was overcooked and watery! While the breakfast in the restaurant was average, and the given the great season, it was expected to see some vérité or food, fruits and vegetables!

Pros:

Excellent location for the promenade and seafront and walks into the centre. Lovely interior space for relaxing in the evening with good entertainment. Food quality was great with a good selection in the main buffet area. The restaurant provided a great evening of lovely food and service. Will return again.

Pros:

Tout était bien
Nous étions déjà venus 3/4 fois dans cet hôtel il y a 10/15ans et l’aimions déjà beaucoup
Peut être essayer de trouver un moyen de rendre plus chaleureux le grand patio d’entrée

Cons:

35mn d’attente pour avoir 2 thés dans le grand patio de l’hôtel après le diner et finalement en avoir qu’un seul malgré plusieurs relances
Ça a été le seul petit désagrément du séjour

Fantastic staff, really trying to look after everyone, breakfast food wide range and superb quality, new year's eve special events. Close to beach.

Cons:

Hotel a bit tired - needs a refresh. Poolside beds need a revamp - better sunshade like the other Sofitel on Agadir beach would help. Only 2 restaurants open, one buffet only (as part of D,BnB deal we expected a proper sit down service) however the staff couldn't have been nicer or tried harder. Bed mattress should have been thrown away months ago.
