Amazing - must do experience

Amazing experience. So well looked after and came out feeling brand new.

having never had a harram before, me and my daughter were unsure as to the proces, but staff were friendly, re assuring and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

if you are visiting, this is a must do experience.

We will be back……
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Excellent service. Villa for family of 4 guests was perfect. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with Mouhcine in particular making sure we had a perfect stay. Nothing was too much trouble, we will be back.

Pros:

Great spa, good products.
Mouna (spa therapist) is a treasure of this spa. I did one of the offered SPA rituals, including hammam and a full body massage. Felt truly rejuvenated. Booked two treatments extra after that.

Amazing massage
Pros:

Aicha and Muna were amazing and very professional. Felt very relaxed after the massage . We have stressful jobs my husband is a property investor and I am a mental health nurse . This was really needed, will be running back for their service . We should have gone fir the hour massage to get full relaxation and experience. Will recommend this to anyone or couple needing to relax from life stresses.

Thank-you Aicha and Muna you made our Valentines a very special and relaxing one. :)

Great hotel, I would come back again, you will feel like home!
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A special thank you to Mouhcine Berouaine for the excellent service and kindness, he really made a difference during our stay.

Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Pros:

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff were exceptionally polite and happy to help.
The breakfast buffet was out of this world and caters for the highest of standards.
Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable with everything in working order.
The pool area was again immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere
We travelled with our 5 year old son who had such a great time, helped by the staff who made him feel very special.

Des bonnes vacances
Pros:

La piscine un peu le décor.
Ce que j ai plus appréciée c est le personnel, ils sont d une gentillesse tjrs disponibles,souriants,tous le personnel de l hotel et surtout, Mohssine,Rachid, Ghislaine du spa,latifa la femme de ménage sans oublier le personnel de la piscine, c était tjrs un plaisir de les retrouver tous les matins.

Cons:

Ce que je n ai pas appréciée et dommage pour un grand hôtel que la restauration n était pas à la hauteur.

It was okay!
Pros:

I may say that the personnel were very friendly and responsive, they have done their best accommodating our needs without any issues!

Cons:

I may start with the room, the bedsheets were not clean, as we arrived around 11PM we prefer not to complain as our baby was already asleep; the room carpet was unclean and not vacuumed, there was hair all over the place; the bathroom was full time smelling and that requires engineering interference!
The food - meaning the in room dining was terrible, we asked for pizza such was supper salty and spaghetti was overcooked and watery! While the breakfast in the restaurant was average, and the given the great season, it was expected to see some vérité or food, fruits and vegetables!

Très bel hôtel meuble avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et bien entretenu l en front de mer mais ne possèdant pas de plage privée

Cons:

La chambre indigne d un 5 étoiles, salle de bain vétuste, toilettes bouché le jour de mon arrivée, frigo avec une grosse couche de givre, peu de prises électriques dans la chambre et aucune dans la salle de bain, climatisation centrale impossible de la régler ou de l arrêter.
Personnel à l accueil charmant mais pas efficace.
