East end of Hyannis, Mass.
Pros:

For an inexpensive room at the east end of Hyannis, it was fine. Toilet was not cleaned daily (a personal obsession), but otherwise , maid service was okay. No microwave in our room, but it was in the two other rooms our friends used. Quiet, pool was fine. Overall, a fair, inexpensive room.

The property was fine for the price. It was clean enough although quite dated. The carpet was very musty and stank of old cigarettes. I noticed that some other rooms have plank floors, probably would be best to replace all the carpets with that, especially on the cape. Was also a lot of banging and screaming in the middle of the night, probably some drunk patrons having a fight.

I stayed a couple of days. It’s a decent hotel for the price. Did not use the pool or any of the amenities so won’t rate them.

Pros:

It was a very clean, but older facility. Good for budget friendly. Convenient location to everything. Did not like that the deadbolt did not work properly. Their was a window in the bathroom at ground level, with alley and fence between properties. Glass was frosted, but no blinds. Did Not like that at ALL for safety/privacy reasons.

Excellent room!
Pros:

We had a king size bed room. It was a large room. Very clean throughout the room. Bathroom was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay here every time we visit the Cape and Hyannis.
