Realmente todo muy bueno!
Pros:

Desde que llegamos la amabilidad del personal, los desayunos también muy variado y la atención. Y sobre todo destaco la atención en el último día no solo nos tuvieron las valijas luego del check out sino que nos dejaron estar en la terraza haciéndonos sentir como en casa pudiendo utilizar las instalaciones. El lugar es muy lindo, una cueva real.

Pros:

El personal muy predispuesto y amigable. La ubicación muy conveniente y el desayuno estaba rico. Nos ofrecieron un upgrade a una habitación mejor porque tenian disponibilidad y la habitación era cómoda y espaciosa.

Cons:

Había poca ventilación en el baño y en ocaciones tenía olor a humedad. Cuando llegamos las almohadas tenian olor extraño, pero pedimos un cambio y las repusieron inmediatamente.

Genial.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, o quarto bem fresquinho e confortável. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, gentil e disposta. Inclusive, um grupo de alemães ficaram bêbados na porta do meu quarto e não paravam de gritar, de madrugada. Pedi ajuda à equipe e aos poucos minutos chegaram lá e pediram a eles para ir embora.
O café da manhã muito bom.

We really liked the pleasant and caring service. The staff are always ready to help and are extremely attentive. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The location is excellent — everything is within walking distance.

The hotel was very cute and the location was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Hali the cat was also the perfect hostess!

The room, being in a cave, was a bit damp and musty. Makes sense, but not something we considered beforehand.

Comfortable and welcoming with great food
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, really central to the nicest part of Goreme. Hevve’s breakfasts were fresh, generous and delicious, we felt very well looked after. It’s a small, friendly hotel that was really good value for such an expensive town.

Quarto confortável e estadia ótima.
Pros:

Equipe muito gentil. Ofereceram bolo de aniversário para meu esposo no café da manhã e nos deram lanche para nossa saída antecipada. Muito gentis e prestativos.

동굴 호텔이어서 약간 쌀쌀했으나 지낼만했다. 아침조식을 푸짐하게 차려주고 커피 음료를 무제한으로 내어 주실듯 마구 마구 주신다.
찾아기기 좋구 숙소 퀄리티 그정도면 만족이다.

Pros:

Amazing location, close to everywhere and to the start of many hikes. Friendly stuff, especially the breakfast team! The room looks cozy.

Cons:

The cleanliness can be better. The biggest problem was mold in the bathroom, that you can clearly see and smell.
