Ens van contestar per mail que havíem de demanar disponibilitat el dia d entrar a l hotel, en el moment del check in. Hora d entrada a l hotel 15h. Ven arribar a les 15:20h i al demanar disponibilitat de l spa, ens van dir que ja no n hi havia per aquell dia
