Local muito bonito mas sem estrutura para serviços.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa para quem está em trânsito entre a Costa Brava e os Pirineus. Também parece uma ótima estadia para famílias, muitas estavam hospedadas lá. O local é muito bonito.

Cons:

O hotel não tem estrutura para lotação completa. Chegamos no final da tarde e esperávamos poder fazer um lanche no hotel, já que ele fica afastado das vilas e cidades próximas. Eu havia verificado que tinha um bar e um restaurante disponível. Mas ao chegarmos, ficamos sabendo que como o hotel estava lotado, não teriam como fazer nosso atendimento, nem mesmo para o bar. Ficamos sem jantar naquela noite. Conseguimos uma bebida após eu pedir um favor ao barman. Achei uma falta de consideração enorme num hotel onde os hóspedes dependem do serviço, devido à sua localização. Outra questão foi o acesso ao quarto. Ficamos no segundo andar e não existia elevador. Tivemos que carregar nossas malas pesadas pela escada. Nossa estadia foi muito decepcionante.

Pros:

Estrenamos habitación, estaban muy bien. Confortable.

Cons:

Cogimos una habitación familiar, honestamente para el precio que pagamos la cama supletoria no estaba a la altura.

Mampara baño no ajustada! Se inundaba todo el baño tras la ducha./ Los setos del jardin muertos dan mala imagen/ No control animales en la piscina uno de ellos invluso se hizo pis en la señal de la piscina. Lentitud servicio cenas.
