Very simple hotel.
Cons:

The smell in the room was bad. No moskito net at the window. We could not open the window. No soap in the shower. No bed was made at the third night of stay. We were not informed that breakfast was finished at 9am which is early. The breakfast was really bad. No fruits or eggs.

Pros:

It was easy to get to with a truck and trailer. The young lady that was at the front desk the morning we left was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The lady that check us in was not very nice and made us wait upfront for 15 mins before she came to help us.

Old, dirty and run down property
Pros:

Not much to like.

Cons:

Dirty! First room smelled like stale cigarettes and the second one had a broken safety lock. The air conditioner was loud. Carpet had crumbs on it when I arrived. The bathroom wasn’t bad

Great quality for a cheap price point - would stay again!
Pros:

Extremely pleased with the quality for the price. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Did not use the breakfast so no comments on that. The staff was SO friendly easiest check in and check out ever.

Cons:

Even though it was clean, I did have 1 cockroach in the room on the mirror.
the light over the sink randomly turned on every hour overnight which woke me up- not to say I'm not just dumb and don't know how to work auto lights haha
