Old, dirty and run down property
Pros:

Not much to like.

Cons:

Dirty! First room smelled like stale cigarettes and the second one had a broken safety lock. The air conditioner was loud. Carpet had crumbs on it when I arrived. The bathroom wasn’t bad

Great quality for a cheap price point - would stay again!
Pros:

Extremely pleased with the quality for the price. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Did not use the breakfast so no comments on that. The staff was SO friendly easiest check in and check out ever.

Cons:

Even though it was clean, I did have 1 cockroach in the room on the mirror.
the light over the sink randomly turned on every hour overnight which woke me up- not to say I'm not just dumb and don't know how to work auto lights haha

STAY ELSEWHERE.
Pros:

Room was disgusting, there blood on the bed sheets, mold in the lights, and dirt on the walls. Some very odd noises. Definitely not worth the money. Location was basically in the ghetto. The guy on the phone said $175 for one night found it online for $88.

Breakfast was poor
Very little selection of food & coffee
Coffee was weak & bland.
No other creamer available but regular creamer.
Room was open from 6a-9a & couldn’t get anything like plastic utensils or plates after that time.
No coffee maker in room.
Room was too small for 3 adults & 2 queen size beds.
Door to the outside was drafty.
Sidewalk in front of outside door of the room was slick with ice.
I had to go to front desk to get ice melt to put in front of all the outside doors because no one was there to do it.

Pros:

This place is disgusting!. They do not clean the rooms, they paint over BLACK mold (i should've taken pictures). went up for the IRONMAN GNCC race - do NOT stay here, especially with kids. the only good thing is they have coffee in the morning and waffles. i wish i could give this 0 stars. don't think the floor has been vacuumed in a while, nothing wiped down, and the refrigerator was dirty. gross. ZERO water pressure in the shower which didn't look to be cleaned very well. go elsewhere.

The motel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it served my purpose of having a place to rest.
Pros:

The breakfast hours are ridiculous. They should serve breakfast until 10 AM instead of 9 AM. There is nothing served for breakfast that would cause them extra work or costs. All it was, was muffins, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice. There is nothing here that would cost more even in labor hours if breakfast was left open until 10 AM.

Cons:

Outside of the breakfast hours I didn’t expect anything more.
