Good place for an overnight sta near the Austin airport.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, quiet.

Cons:

The squeeze soap bottles in the bathroom were stiff and almost impossible to use. Bring back a pump bottle!

Very pleasant quick stay. It was exactly what I needed, a clean and comfortable place to sleep.
Pros:

The greeting I received on my arrival was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was able to schedule an airport shuttle for the next morning. Once in my room I realized I should leave earlier, called the front desk and they answered on the first ring. It was an easy change. Will checked me in and Timothy answered the phone. They were both friendly, helpful, and provided one of the best reception and customer service experiences at a hotel.

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out how to watch the TV so I just went to sleep. It wasn’t user friendly.

Pros:

Greeted by a warm and kind receptionist at the front desk around 7pm on the 28th of October 2025 from the UK. the following day I was due to drive to Dallas the following morning at 5am.

The receptionist provided me with a lovely bag with water bottles and a snack for the evening which was extremely useful and kind.

The following morning the following receptionist kindly provided myself with a food bag with dry foods to take along the way to my journey at 5am.

I was treated with good care from the hotel not only in a formal manner but the kindness from the two receptionists. They are truly very kind and helpful. I will certainly return back to the hotel as the staff were incredible and efficient.

All-in-all I had a good stay, short as it was.
Pros:

The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Oatmeal need to be warmer, and the staffer took care of that for me immediately. The shuttle driver was very efficient at getting me back to the airport in a timely manner.

Cons:

I was sent to an occupied room when I arrived at 12:30 am, or whatever time it was, so I had to return to the front desk to rectify that. Not my ideal welcome!

Clean and inexpensive, but lacking in amenities.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean

Cons:

The road noise was so terrible that they put a white noise machine in the room to help with sleep. I could sleep once I turned that on AND put ear plugs in. There was no microwave or coffee in the room. There are no laundry facilities on site. There’s also no dresser so had to live out of my suitcase on the floor for the week.

Pros:

Very fun place to stay… colorful, pool table in lobby! Rooms are compact but very well planned.Squeaky clean and comfortable
