Für eine Nacht okay, nochmal buchen würde ich es nicht.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zugang per Code hat gut funktioniert, keine lästige Hotelkarte oder Schlüssel. Gute Lage für meine Zwecke.

Cons:

Auf Grund der Fotos habe ich eine etwas modernere Ausstattung erwartet. Das Zimmer sah schon sehr 'abgewohnt' aus; kaputter Mülleimer und kaputter Duschkopf, der in alle Richtungen spritzte. Ein Handtuch war dreckig, Flecken an der Decke, Fön nicht vorhanden.

Gute Lage zum Rhein, ansonsten ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und zudem die defekte/ unzureichende Toilettenspülung, die immer wieder zu Verstopfungen führte! Auf Bitte, sich darum zu kümmern, bekam ich die Antwort, dass das Problem bekannt sei und man jetzt nichts ändern könne! Man bezahlt schließlich nicht wenig für den Aufenthalt, daher für mich ein „no go“ und das Resultat, dass ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen würde!
Ich hätte auch nicht das Zimmer wechseln können, da laut Aussage das Toiletten Problem auch in anderen Zimmer bestehen würde! Da sollte man sich als Betreiber doch mal seine Gedanken machen und schnellstmöglich eine Lösung finden!
Desweiteren herrscht wohl auch dort Personalmangel, da mein Zimmer bis zum späten Nachmittag noch nicht gereinigt war!
Wenn man bei Anreise noch gebrauchte Hygieneartikel des vorherigen Gastes im Badezimmer vorfindet, sagt dass schon viel über die mangelnde Zimmerreinigung aus…. Und hierbei sind nur einige Missstände genannt!

Very tatty, carpets need replacing bedrooms and bathrooms a little tired. No tea and coffee or fridge facilities in room.

Nix.Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient höchstens 1 Stern. Das Hotel ist ein einziger Zustand bei Anreise mußten wir erstmal 4Spinnen entfernen.Kein Kleiderschrank.Duschvorhänge wie im Mittelalter.Treppen im Hotel von der 2 Etage bis in die Lobby löscher in dem Teppichen.Und keine Park Möglichkeiten.Bilder folgen. Für den Saustall 4Nächte 660.00 Euro da erwarte ich eine Entschädigung.

I absolutely loved my stay at RUGS Hotel Köln! The views were amazing, and the location was perfect. It’s close to local shops and only a few minutes from Cologne’s major shopping areas, while still being in a quieter, more quaint setting.

The breakfast was also great—nothing overly fancy, but exactly what you want to start your morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I don’t speak German, but they did their best to communicate with me, which I really appreciated.

One of my favorite things was how close the hotel is to the Rhine River. The river walk is just steps away and makes for a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy the area.

I would absolutely recommend RUGS Hotel Köln to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a quieter area while still being just a short distance from everything Cologne has to offer.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t enjoy about my stay. If I had to mention anything, the hotel is a little removed from the busiest parts of central Cologne, but I actually enjoyed that because it made the area feel quieter and more relaxing.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Lage am Rhein war schön.Die Aufteilung des Appartements war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Apartment im Obergeschoss, leider war die Einrichtung sehr kaputt und abgenutzt. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht, die Fenster ließen sich nicht ankippen. In der Küche gab es keine Gabeln, die Stühle wackelten, sodass man Angst hatte man fällt um.
