We had a fabulous time.the hotel is cheap and cheerful and clean. they pillows weren’t the most comfortable. but the rest of the place was fabulous for money.
The best bit was the bar tender he really puts love into making his cocktails and drinks he was a lovely man. Really nice down to earth Man.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great big bed, good matrass, spacious bathroom, enough lights and contact to charge your phone. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Two elevators. Quiet room.
The location is really outside of Paris. It takes about 40min by taxi to reach Gare du Nord. The Subway was under construction but there are a lot of buses. Also a shopping mall nearby and some restaurants. But considering the friendly service and price it is ok.
Top locatie. Naast metro en winkelcentrum top locatie
I went with a big group (30+) and we stayed over a couple rooms for 4 days, 3 nights. From me and my roommates perspective the rooms were HORRIBLE!!! We stayed in room 625 (on the 6th floor) and it was horrible… firstly the bathroom was vey, very, VERY small, It was almost like an airplane bathroom just more disgusting… the shower was so small you could BARELY fit in it (baring in mind I’m not big at all) and the water was ice cold and at first I thought I had the tap the wrong way but when I turned it the other way it was still cold and I kept changing which way the tap was and leaving it for 5 minutes each way to see if it would heat up AT ALL but it didn’t so in the end I HAD to shower in freezing cold water but it was entirely not worth it because I only stayed in there for a minute max because of how cold I got -throughout our stay in was so unbearable and unpleasant to shower in it-. The room didn’t have any soap in it which was not said that we had to bring any in the description so we had to use hand sanitizer as a substitute which is no better at all. The room was TINY TINY!!! Since we stayed in a three person room (1 bunk bed and 1 single room) we had literally no space AT ALL I slept on the single bed and since we had 4 suitcases then there was NO space to put them because we had to consistently open them to get clothes or other items out because there was no space to unpack without getting your stuff mixed up or stolen by the maid. Following on with that on the first day we let the maid go in but in another room one of my friends got some of her valuable stuff stolen (£30+) by the maid so after that we put the do not disturb sign up. Our room didn’t properly lock along with other rooms, although they give you key cards for your room you don’t really need them because unless you SLAM your door shut they DONT lock which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and makes you feel completely insecure and worried all day when you leave your room forcing me to hide my big valuables under clothes, beds. Evolving that problem outside the hotel it is very sketchy -with people and location- and outside our window there was CONSTANTLY (every 2-3 minutes) a police car/ sirens going by which kept us up all night. The breakfast was alright but the pain au chocolat was soggy along with the croissant's and the sausages tasted like hotdog ones aka not breakfast sausages which ruined breakfast the best thing there was probably the hot chocolates. Finally the pictures + description are completely different to what it actually is and I have been reading other reviews and the common denominator between all the reviews is that people are either not getting there money back and the rooms being disgustingly/ overall bad which I relate to as for my review.
