Pros:

Le confort de la literie et três peu bruyant.malgŕé l’endroit mal ŕéputé.

Cons:

Chambre lit jumeaux beaucoup trop â l’étriquée, impossibilité d’aérer car fenêtre verouillée, pas le moindre confort, pas de bouilloire, cela fait penser à un petit mobile home, un minimum de confort ne serait pas un luxe.

Pros:

Tout sauf ce que je n'ai pas apprécié
Savon des douches très agréable.

Cons:

Mettre une chaise à dossier dans la chambre pour pouvoir utiliser le bureau avec + de confort.
Viennoiseries du petit déjeuner pas très bonnes.
Ascenseur de droite en panne, gros embouteillages pour monter et descendre au 9e étage.

Following my previous review, I have just received notification from Booking.com that my €90 deposit will not be returned!
I would strongly caution future guests before booking this hotel.
At check‑in, we were informed that, in addition to the fully paid room rate of €233.50, an additional €90 security deposit would be charged and refunded immediately upon checkout, provided no damages occurred. Despite leaving the room in good condition, this amount has not been returned, and no clear explanation has been provided. We later learned that this is common practice for this hotel.
The lack of transparency regarding the deposit, combined with the poor accommodation standards, resulted in a very negative experience. I would strongly advise potential guests to take this into serious consideration before booking.

We booked a Privilege Double room and were quite disappointed. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to walk around or open our suitcases, and it did not match the description on the hotel’s website. The bathroom was also very cramped, and the overall cleanliness of both the room and bathroom fell extremely short of expectations.
Noise was a constant issue, as the walls were very thin, and amenities (apart from the obvious, WiFi, toilet paper etc.) were minimal—limited to a hairdryer and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options (e.g. we had to boil our own eggs) and certainly not worth the nearly €14 per person.
There is also a €90 compulsory deposit that the hotel holds and is supposed to be returned after you check out - mine is still pending!!
While the location was convenient for accessing the Metro, the hotel sits directly on a major highway, which added to the noise throughout our stay.

No me gustó. Que estando dentro de la habitación mi mujer y yo. Sobre las 21 horas estando nosotros dentro para descansar ya que cogíamos el avión muy temprano. Una mujer abrió la puerta y encendió la luz. Lo que nunca me a pasado que me abran la puerta sin llamar . Eso es inaudito ya que no era personal del hotel.
