Very bad experience. I stayed at this hotel during a school trip and it was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.
The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was even smaller, almost like a tiny cabin. The cleanliness was poor and the room did not feel properly cleaned.
Another very concerning issue was the windows. The window handles were broken and it looked like they had been intentionally damaged. There was also a metal bar placed behind the windows so they could not be opened at all, which made the room feel uncomfortable and poorly ventilated.
During the night some students lost their room key card and went to the reception to ask for help so they could enter their room. Instead of helping them, the person at the reception – who said he was the owner – refused to assist and started arguing with them. He also told the students that they did not have the right to sit in the reception area or even sleep there while waiting. He also said that they did not have the right to speak or complain, which was extremely disrespectful.
As students on a school trip, the situation should have been handled with professionalism and understanding. Instead, the behavior of the reception staff was rude and unacceptable.
Because of the extremely small rooms, poor cleanliness, blocked windows, and the very unfriendly and disrespectful behavior of the reception staff, I would strongly not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our experience at this hotel, where I stayed with a school group, was extremely disappointing due to several serious issues.
Upon our arrival late in the evening, the hotel was without electricity and hot water. We were forced to climb the stairs in complete darkness with our luggage in order to reach our rooms. There was also no possibility to charge our mobile phones, which were almost all out of battery after a long day of travel.
The reception staff was rather unfriendly, insensitive, and cold, showing little concern for the situation. This problem lasted for several hours, until around 5 a.m., when the electricity was finally restored.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. A couple of days later, a notice at the reception desk and in the elevator announced another power outage, which luckily lasted only a short time. However, the warning sign remained displayed until our departure, so we do not know how the situation evolved afterward.
Another issue occurred on a different evening, when we returned after a full day out to find that many of our rooms had no hot water. When we contacted the staff, we were simply told that we would have to wait about an hour for it to be restored.
Overall, this experience fell far below acceptable standards, especially considering that we were traveling with a group of students.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Redesa in Paris. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always helpful, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect — very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Paris.
The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. The room was tidy, comfortable, and felt fresh throughout our stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Redesa for anyone visiting Paris. Great service, great location, and excellent cleanliness! I would definitely stay here again.
