非常好，有什么要求客服都能很快解决。
Pros:

地理位置优越，步行可以逛完清水寺、三十三间堂、京都博物馆、高台寺、八坂神社、祇园，门口就是旅游巴士206线，去哪里都方便。

Cons:

We selected this hotel specifically because it advertised laundry facilities, but learned after arriving that only select rooms had laundry machines, and ours did not. The building and room were clean but very dark and dull. There are no welcoming elements to this location, due to the tablet check-in and absence of staff interaction. Other reviews are correct about how hard the mattresses are. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is not an hotel, it doesn’t make it clear that it’s a fully self check-in property, there is no front desk staff and no housekeeping service at all. From the moment we arrived there was a strong sewage smell in the room that never went away, the only solution offered was an air freshener
The bathroom door fell off as soon as we touched it, luckily without injuring anyone

Ristoranti per cenare lontani, quelli vicino lavorano per lo più il giorno per il turismo delle ore della mattina e del pranzo. Avevano una stanza senza balcone.

Отличный отель, хорошая звукоизоляция. Номер оснащён всем необходимым, все новое, никаких посторонних запахов небыло. Довольно простая процедура заселения(через планшет). Мы были очень приятно удивлёны. Надеемся вернуться сюда снова. Спасибо.

Если прям придираться к чем-то, небыло одноразовой расчёски и резинки для волос.

Lindo departamento. Por el precio esperaba un poquito mas.

El departamento era muy limpio, ubicacion dentro de todo buena y tenia todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Sobre todo la relacion calidad/precio. El departamento es muy lindo aunque creo que podria salir un poco mas barato.

Pros:

El baño espectacular. Casi más grande que la habitación. Nos encanta ese tipo de baños amplios donde poder dejar todas las cosas bien. La zona de la ducha súper grande súper cómodo.
La ubicación es súper tranquila, no se oye un alma por la noche se duerme genial.
Estás cerca de la zona de turisteo y bares.
Todo súper automatizado súper cómodo y de fácil acceso. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes, un punto muy a favor en Japon.

Cons:

Las camas nos parecieron muy duras, acabamos con la espalda un poquito regular.
Espacio reducido para las maletas ( como en todos los lados a los que hemos ido )

OK for the price and area this is good, but you need to set your expectations. Everything is manual, including turning on your hot water. If you can get past that this will be good for you.

Cons:

I did not like the bed. It was way too firm.
