Booked for 5 hours and ended up staying in the room for just 30 mins.
Pros:

Location and good were good.

Cons:

Constant construction noise and of trains leaving and departing. They changed the alloyed room thrice as they wanted paint work or something to be done in the rooms allotted.

excellent option for stay, highly recommended, but booking online may create unnecessary issues

excellent, everything is standard , staff is homely yet professional

Cons:

online booking was a harassment, the fab hotel management is very very poor in communicating with customers and staff. They took the advance and booked only one room without breakfast. I sent at least 5 mails to either rectify the booking or refund, but got no response. The customer care number gives no option for refund. Luckily the front desk and other staff were really helpful and at the end it was an excellent experience except the online booking part
