Pros:

Vista espectacular desde la terraza.
Buena ubicación.
Te permiten dejar equipaje y usar instalaciones antes del check in y después del check out. Lo q se valora.

Cons:

1) en el desayuno no alcanzamos kuchen para todos. Si se avisa hora de desayuno, debiesen preocuparse que el kuchen esté disponible para todos los huéspedes.
2) mi pago con TC no funcionó, y tuve q pagar en 1 sola cuota la estadía.

Excelente ubicación, pero el bar demasiado cerca.
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble! Una vista espectacular desde la habitación donde estábamos. La limpieza impecable y el desayuno bastante completo. Café de grano (importante!) Té para preparar, eso no lo había visto en ningún hotel, hay teteritas y diversidad de té para preparar, me encantó! Nosotros fuimos con nuestro hijo de 2 años y había mucha opción saludable para él y nosotros. Recomendado.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado (bajando una escalera) del Sky bar, la primera noche pasaba gente a cada rato por afuera hablando fuerte, gritando, se escuchaba la música y fue incómodo, no sabes si puede bajar alguien con alcohol tratando de entrar a tu habitación, lo encontré poco seguro. Como recomendación dejaría un acceso independiente de las habitaciones.
Otro punto fue que las habitaciones no tienen plancha, nos facilitaron una sin problema en recepción, pero al no devolverla de inmediato comenzaron a llamar a nuestra habitación insistentemente para regresarla, despertaron a mi hijo que dormía siesta, sentí que debieron tener más consideración en eso. Como recomendación quizás tener más de una plancha en todo el hotel.

Villarrica, una ciudad sorprendente con una gastronomía que vale la pena visitar,

Estacionamiento privado, ascensor, terraza bar con menu interesante. Cuarto cómodo sin ser espectacular.

Cons:

No es fácil encontrar algo negativo, la relación precio calidad está bien lograda.
