זה לא מלון עם צוות.
זה מלון דירות עם "שירות לקוחות" שזמין חלקית טלפונית בשעות היום ולא זמין בכלל בשעות הלילה.
התחזוקה ירודה - הטוש במקלחת שבור ומשפריץ מים ומנורה מיטה לא עבדה.
אכזבה וממש לא נותן תמורה למחיר הגבוה ששילמנו.

Cool place in Neve Tzedek, needs a bit more attention though :)
Pros:

The location and vibe of the place is great! It's in the heart of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood and it's one of the best neighborhoods in Tel Aviv. The house is also left unchanged from the era of the old construction in Tel Aviv

Cons:

Some facilities like near to bed lamps and upper shower didn't work. Also staff was unreachable at around 8 p.m.
