Angenehm, aber ich hätte mir mehr persönlichen Kontakt gewünscht.
Pros:

Sehr angenehme Lage in schönem Haus. Geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die gut eingerichtete Küche war hilfreich.

Cons:

Dass ich kaum je jemanden angetroffen habe vom Personal machte es etwas anonym. Insbesondere am Anfang, als ich den Koffer vor der check-in Zeit bringen wollte, war es stressig, dass niemand ans Telefon ging.

Dirty linens, poor service
Pros:

Location, common areas

Cons:

The linens were dirty when we arrived, they had hair all over them. When I asked them to be changed it took forever to get an answer and they didn’t change them. They asked me to go get new linens in the closet and change the myself. They didn’t has the right linens so it was a very uncomfortable stay.

מלון מקסים ואינטימי, נקי ומפנק. הכל מושלם - המיקום, השקט, החדרים המרווחים. נחזור שוב ושוב

מיקום מושלם, החללים המשותפים יפים ומתוחזקים היטב. החדר נקי ופונקציונלי. החוויה כולה היתה אי של שקט בעיר סואנת.

Cons:

החדר היה בקומת קרקע אז הרגיש קצת חשוף לפתוח חלונות. פעם הבאה אנסה את הקומה השניה.
