Superb
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and very satisfying. Location was excellent, room was very satisfactory. All in all, a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Very enjoyable will be back next year for the Festival of Quilts
Pros:

Selection for breakfast was exceptional especially as I don’t particularly like traditional cooked breakfast
Room came with a fan which was greatly appreciated
Staff were exemplary

Und noch eine Convention im NEC
Pros:

Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war sehr gut. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und ich war etwas in Sorge, ob wir trotzdem durch das NEC gehen können. Das Zimmer war top: Man hatte alles, was man brauchte, und es war ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben in der Bar Fussball geschaut, und auch das Tennis-Finale wurde auf Anfrage an der großen Leinwand übertragen.

Cons:

Bei Buchung eines Zwei-Bett-Zimmers erwarte ich, dass diese mit Abstand zueinander stehen, und ich die nicht selber auseinander schieben muss.

Perfect hotel in an ideal spot by the NEC
Pros:

Rooms were great, super clean and tidy, beds very comfy, air con was amazing. Bar area was good and dinner was nice. Liked having security checking that only guests could enter the property when it got late, felt very secure

Cons:

Breakfast was £16.50 which felt a little high, had a wait a little while for hot food to be restocked, good choice of continental options and drink options

Pros:

The location was amazing. A quick walk to the NEC, Train station, and airport. There was also a little lake to walk around & a small mall just down the way!

Cons:

The room was small, with two of us staying in it. I do understand this is a European thing!
