Comfy beds, very modern
The plugs get stuck in the sink so you cant empty it. Also breakfast was absolutely terrible for the price.

For a one night stay for the nec its perfect. So close. The staff helped me with my parking needs (am awaiting surgery) and could not have been more friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Noise from the heating/air conditioning was a bit loud but didn’t stop me sleeping
The room was mostly very clean and it was very comfortable. The location was brilliant and there was a great breakfast.
Although the majority of the room was very clean, there was a clump of hair that had been put on the wall of the shower that a previous guest had clearly put there. After the maids being in twice, it was still there which was pretty disgusting. Our tea and coffee etc also wasn’t replenished which we were really disappointed with as always like a cuppa before bed. We went to the desk to ask if we could have more as we hadn’t had any for the day before so he said he would get some sent to the room. Hours went by and nothing came and by the time we checked out, there was still nothing which was very disappointing
