Nice hotel, shame about the lack of sleep.
Pros:

Location was great for NEC and restaurants, just a shame the shuttle wasn't running from the E5 car park.
Beds were comfy, and it felt like a fun hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit (which we didn't have one) in the bedroom frequently made a variety of noises, including a high pitched whistle which woke us up at regular intervals throughout the night. Front desk weren't able to help.

Best hotel to stay in if your exhibiting at the NEC
Pros:

The location is ideal for the NEC especially if you’re exhibiting ! And the staff are so friendly! We had one guy serving us on a night when ordering food and honestly we wish we had taken his name because he made the stay in the hotel even better !

Cons:

Nothing really ! Maybe the drains in our bathroom were a bit smelly but apart from that nothing ! (And the smell wasn’t unbearable just noticeable)

Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

We stayed as we dont get much sleep.in week due to building by our home so stayed at moxy for good sleep and lye in but was woken by 8 to work men hammering and drilling then when I opened curtains my view was of scaffolding and workers plus the shower kept going cold aswell for £96 I was not happy

Would happily return here.
Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, decor, rooms. All were great.

Cons:

Like most hotels, could do with a choice of pillow, feather pillows should be an option as the standard fibre filled one always give me a stiff neck and headache. They had overbooked so I didn’t get the room I paid for but I was offered a discount. These things happen so no big deal until I got to the room and the windows were covered with scaffold and wrapped due to building work. Again, no big deal until I got back the next day around noon to do some work, to find men on the scaffold outside my window drilling into my room wall. Had to work in the bar until I asked staff what time they would be done and was told 6pm. Explained the situation and staff moved me to another room. Again, all good in the end but a bit of disruption. Can’t fault the staff or the hotel, just circumstances were not in my favour this trip!
