Great for NEC
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean room, great atmosphere.

Cons:

One member of Staff put cointreau in a French Martini trying to assure me that this was correct, it's not!!!

Not sure we’d stay again as an ‘airport hotel’ but for NEC or just for a meet up with friends.. it’s great!
Pros:

Very cool bar, good food, nice staff, big family room, comfortable, clean, modern

Cons:

No parking. You have to walk about 15 minutes to get the car and then park at the airport which isn’t ideal when you have a 6am flight.

Pros:

Very modern hotel close to the Arena where I needed to be. Good breakfast.

Cons:

So much noise from the room above. It sounded like the cast of Riverdance. Checked my online banking in the morning to find the charge for the room had been taken twice. The receptionist had taken it again even though I paid through Booking.com. Luckily I managed to sort it before I left. Check your credit card bill.

Cons:

over booked, They moved us to another hotel miles away waited over an hour for a taxi they said they would supply. It never came and we had to walk. If we want to stay at the air port i would of booked a hotel at the airport

Pros:

This hotel is excellently positioned between the NEC halls and Resort World and easily accessed by public transport or car. The staff are very welcoming, professional and helpful. It's a vibrant hotel with contemporary decor and well appointed rooms.

Good location within walking distance of the NEC.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

No toilet roll(s) in the room when we checked in. Divided the payment between the 3 people staying in the room on check-in which wasn't a problem, but then told we owed 10p on check-out the following morning and needed to pay on a card!!! There was a voucher in the key card holder which entitled you to a free cocktail in the bar. We didn't notice the voucher(s) until the following morning on check-out. The voucher wasn't mentioned to us by the receptionist when we were given our key cards on check-in, which would've been nice. Mentioned this on check-out and was told that the reception was probably busy.

Great location, overal a good stay , just watch ensure you know the parking cost and the bar !!
Pros:

The location was fab ! Briliant for the NEC can't fault that.
The hotel itself had great decor and outside space and looks over the lake.
The evening ,we all enjoyed having three different dishes and you can eat until late , pizzza and snacks after 9.00pm
There is parking available. Offers breakfast until ten ( extra cost) .
Overall if i wanted to be on the doorstep of the NEC its agreat location and the nights we stayed no outside noise.

Cons:

The breakfast , there was choice , some mornings looked a little under cooked. The orange juice ahd a funny taste ! maybe just me ! They breakfsat closese at ten, so don't expect much at 9.50 including coffee when on both mornings the machine was having a melt down through use and one being cleaned , when I asked for another coffee i had a reply well we shut in 10 minutes. HMMMMMMMMMMMM !
Coming from a two hour drive , the signage isn't great to the hotel and its drop off and repark about a 5/10 min walk and its at a cost which i think when staying for three nights is an added cost which i did not know until i left! bit cheeky but i got the half price ..................................still 15.00 a night.
The staff although pleasent really needed to up there game and some training on the drinks menu would be good. Don't give someone flat prosecco ! Also you pay city prices be warned .

Pros:

We always love staying at Moxy Hotel. It has a great atmosphere, really friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great too! Great location for NEC, Airport and right by resorts world restaurants (try the Indian Street Food). Also the car park E5 is just a short walk around the lake. Perfect!!

Pros:

The location is great for the NEC, and the service was excellent, with a very friendly staff who are eager to solve any issues you might have. Easy to find and reasonably priced. Our room on the 7th floor offered a spectacular view of the lake, while the entrance to the NEC was conveniently located in the opposite direction. It was perfect for our needs.
