Good to stay but not to eat in
Pros:

Lovely rooms very clean. Good shower

Cons:

Food & drinks were not good but luckily there’s a big building a 5 min walk full of restaurants and bars. Can’t get a package delivered to reception which was inconvenient as we were doing a show at the NEC

Everything you want and need for a hotel stay. Will be using again
Pros:

Absolutely lovely staff, excellent rooms, so much variety for breakfast, really friendly staff, the hang out area downstairs was really welcoming and being 2min walk to the NEC was super handy. Will be booking again thank you

Pros:

The staff were brilliant. I became very unwell in the morning of a convention and they kindly helped me with an early check in to allow me to rest in the room. They also supported me with an extended check out (chargeable) at the end of the weekend as i was still rather unwell. They were great.

Cons:

The only thing that could improve is the breakfast offering

Well... as woman I would appreciate a better hair conditioner, the one that is in bathroom now is not good.

Hotel clean, breakfast ok but not fabulous, but the room was very disappointing.
Pros:

Location for NEC was ok, but its a 10 minute walk to the carpark and not 5!

Cons:

This was a poor business hotel if you plan to stay more than one night. The desk in the room was two small to put a laptop on and there was no cupboard space so you need to live out of your suitcase. Wash bottles were never checked, even after i took the lid off one to indicate it was empty. Expensive for what you got.

I’d have complained much more if it was a longer stay but the location was great -if you are attending the exhibition at

TV’s wifi connection didnt work
No fridge in the room
No slippers
No hairdryer
Not even a phone to call reception to ask for help
There was hair in the sink and bin was not emptied..

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

location was great, dinner was good and could take it up to the room. I liked the fact it had a microwave too as if you are staying for a longer period of time you could heat up your own food.

Cons:

parking is so far away from the hotel so having to take your stuff back and forth is not ideal. It is also not free and considering the price of the room it would be nice if it was complimentary rather than discounted.
