Great having hotel shuttle to and from ferry terminal. Great room at 27th floor with great views. Hotel location walkable to all places we needed to go.

lack of a lobby lounge was poor. We asked for English Tea bags and were told it was chargeable. Coffee and tea in room was very basic

まだ澳門がポルトガル領だった頃から頻回に来ていますが、今回2024年はコロナの影響もあり2016年以来の訪問となりました。
1番驚いたのは、日本人に対するサービスの変化ですね。以前は反日感丸出しのようなスタッフをよく見ましたが、今回はスタッフから親日感を感じました。日本語の勉強をしているスタッフにもお会いましたしね。
出来立ての頃と比べれば、ホテル自体は流石に少し老朽化を認めますが、それを上回るサービスを感じたので大満足です。しいてあげれば、トイレにウォシュレットがあれば文句無しです。

室内がカビ臭く、鼻炎の私はとても辛かった。

客房寬趟，整潔乾淨，酒店房間配套齊存。服務週到，浴室內還設有蒸氣桑拿，令人驚喜。但酒店早餐不是自助餐，只是歐陸式早餐，訂房時沒有指明，令人失望！
由於這次幸運地可upgrade房間，我家人都很滿意這房，老人家及小朋友都寧願留在房間，尤其係按摩浴缸，小朋友老人家都用及玩得好開心，對於今次住宿非常滿意，thanks
