Convenient and generally acceptable.
Pros:

Check-in and room availability were good. Helpful service in bar area after coach party had been attended to.

Cons:

Booked the room specifically because it has a walk-in shower - I am currently recovering from snapped ankle tendons and getting in and out of a bath shower is far from easy - only to find the walk-in shower in my bathroom was out of order.

Comfortable room , nice and cool , bar area very warm and chaotic
Pros:

Modern , large room with aircon a god send in this heat , breakfast was good not fantastic but decent.
Staff seemed very friendly

Cons:

Didn’t get the suite I booked , given a deluxe double not deluxe suite , given free dog stay but still feel cheated.
Bar area uncomfortably hot , no air conditioning
Lots of feral kids and people walking round in towels, looked like a happy shopper spa day.
