Average/ OK.
Pros:

The room was fine except all the corridors smelt of smoke despite being non-smoking. The sink didn't drain properly either.
The time before last I had to wash ALL my clothes because they all smelt of smoke. I did complain at reception but the staff member said she couldn't smell anything out normal.

The swimming pool looked lovely and the staff were generally friendly.

Cons:

Change the filters in the air conditioning.

The place stinks of tobacco.

Very pleasant
Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young lady who checked us in on arrival. Room was comfortable and clean, except for the heating. We was unable to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was cold. We did report it, but it wasn't resolved before we checked out. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

family room excellent space and facilities. kids loved the pool. staff were EXCELLENT when dealing with sons allergies. Swimming pool staff so friendly.
