Cozy, Calm, and Centrally located!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! Such a great location, close to pubs/shopping/public transportation while still being less crowded than other areas, which was nice. The room was so cozy and clean, with many thoughtful little perks! Checking in and out was super easy and efficient - thank you to Wájid!

Nice place, cute decoration. Small room for khaliji standerd.
Pros:

Decorations cute. Water pressure is excellent. Location is fantastic. Staff is supportive, we kept our luggage before we check in and they secured it for us.

Cons:

Rooms are smaller than it looks in the pictures. Although the space was 24 m yet the nook under the window takes a lot of the space. There’s no late room service, although I was expecting that comparing to the value we paid as its a 4 stars hotel, I asked for extra blanket and they told me they don’t have it because there is no room service at the moment (it was around 12 am) and they will provide it tomorrow and my checkout was tomorrow. To be fair they provide me an alternative, which is bedsheet but it didn’t keep me warm. We had to request toothbrush as they are not in the room.

Pros:

Had such a lovely time here! Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the location was superb. Thanks especially to Matthew for helping us with our bags, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Definitely Beautiful
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, excellent location near Oxford Circus, very live and safe area, my room was the king room, it has everything you need and so cozy, it has a nook beside the window which is a great plus, the room is cleaned everyday. I got a complimentary cake at the room just after my arrival
You can’t fault anything in this hotel.

The window opens partially so I can have some fresh air. The view from the room is amazing I will attach some pictures

They were kind enough to store my luggage for free until my flight time and also before check in. Also they gave me free late check out till 1pm

If one thing needs attention it is the concierge service, it could be better. However everything was excellent, I loved my stay so much and felt comfortable and safe

מקום מקסים, צוות לבבי וקשוב לכל בקשה, מיקום מעולה, סביבה נעימה. העיצוב יפה ומושקע.
מנסיוננו - החדר הקטן צפוף לשתיים. שודרגנו לחדר גדול יותר והיה מושלם.

Location is perfect! We were on a high floor, beautiful view, no traffic disturbance, loved bathroom, shower worked very well, lots of surfaces for clothes and products, lovely sitting area just near large window, large tv, most importantly we would go back again.

Cons:

Some days house cleaning was slow and was completed well into the afternoon. At check out, we were asked for a service charge which shocked us because we were never confronted with such a request. When we asked if it was optional, that made more sense! Otherwise everything was 9/10

Great location, rooms are nice, restaurant good.
Pros:

Location was great, room was very nice. Hotel is pricey even for London. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely -- great view and good food, again at a price but not far off similar places in London -- and the view and venue are great.
There were parties in the restaurant on the nights we were there with no access for guests so could not enjoy the sunset with an evening cocktail or meal.

Cons:

Hotel should advise guests of both access to restaurant being closed and potential for noise when there are parties -- give them the option to make other arrangements. Notice in advance not upon arrival would be a very good courtesy for guests who are paying for the whole experience not just the room.

Excellent Place to Stay in Central London
Pros:

The staff are definitely the stars here. Attentive and always putting clients first. The location is top notch. Everything is within a 15 or so minute walk away.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and the AC is cold.

Cons:

Not a thing.
