Location.
Overall look of hotel.
Staff were excellent.
The cuckoo clock going off every hour through the night!
The breakfast.
This is my second stay at Treehouse, my favorite hotel ever, the location is a treasure and completely safe.
I ‘d give 5 starts to the staff, the cleanness, the location and the room. The bed is super comfortable. I booked the room with the nook so I enjoyed the magnificent view from the 9th floor.
The room is cleaned daily by this housekeeping lovely lady and towels changed daily.
The staff friendliness is great, I had lovely conversations with Wajeed the night manager, and the Security manager Ramon, I really enjoyed it that I am a solo traveler and everyone was nice to me.
The Nest bar which is the rooftop bar has magnificent view of central London they serve great food and drinks
Also the front office guys were great and helpful
Coming back soon to my favorite hotel
Nothing
Quite average stay, definitely not the 5 star experience other reviews talk about.
Really loud noises from above our room on the next floor and smelly pillows and sheets. Building work till late and started early.
Markets itself as kid friendly but children can’t go in the rooftop area after 5pm and the menu for the restaurant is to spicey for children with no separate offering.
Another great stay, this hotel ticks lots of boxes. The location is spot on, very central, and with terrific views from the higher floors. My 10th floor room was impressive - very spacious, with a big picture window overlooking the city and BT tower, and a stylish, funky design, playing on the treehouse theme. The bed was big and super comfortable and a fridge and hot drink facilities are provided (but no English breakfast T bags?!!!). We didn’t dine at restaurant Madeira this time around, but enjoyed a delicious supper at the fabulous rooftop bar, Nest. Staff were lovely across departments.
The room was well sized with good natural light and views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was good within walking distance to restaurant and shops and Oxford Circus Station was a short walk away.
Very cool rooftop bar.
Whatever minor issues we had were promptly resolved by the staff, so nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was good but service could be more efficient
Not clean enough
Nice clean and well presented property. Homely feel. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay for city break in a perfect location for lots of sights. The room was comfortable and everything just…worked. The bed was comfortable. The Google cast worked well on the TV so you could use your own content from Spotify to Netflix. The shower was beautiful. The amenities were lovely. Overall a great trip and great value for money. The Nest had fantastic views and tasty drinks. Breakfast was also tasty and served in a really nice restaurant on 15th floor. The Treehouse did not disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend.
It was great. They had thought of everything. For the money difficult to beat.
I love the hotel and stay each time I travel to London. As indicated the staff are friendly, professional and willing to assist wherever possible. Location is great and I love the comfort and quirkiness of the rooms. .
Quirky
All ok
Konum
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
First of all, despite my repeated requests, the hotel refused to modify my reservation. I had a five-night booking and simply asked to cancel the final two nights. The hotel claimed that they were unable to make the change because the reservation had been made through Booking.com. However, when I contacted Booking.com directly, they clearly told me that it was actually the hotel that had rejected my request.
To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction directly above my room, with extremely loud drilling during my stay. It was honestly unbearable and completely unacceptable for a hotel guest.
Due to the renovation work, breakfast was not even served inside the hotel but at an outside café. On Sunday, breakfast was supposed to be available until 11:00 AM, yet it had already finished by 10:00 AM.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of consideration throughout all of this. Despite the construction noise, the breakfast issues, and the confusion surrounding my reservation, not even a simple apology was offered.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service I expected.
La chambre était vraiment jolie et propre
Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais pas de possibilité de se servir soi-même, il fallait appeler les serveurs pour le moindre café. Et ils n’étaient pas très attentifs aux clients.
