* Please check your accounts carefully after check-out: they charged me €160 by mistake. I sent several emails asking for a refund, with supporting evidence, over about ten days, but received no reply. I eventually posted a review here explaining that I had been scammed, and then they refunded me immediately...
* Furthermore, beyond this billing issue, I would not recommend this hotel. The room windows let in all the noise from the city, and the area is currently undergoing construction work... It’s difficult to get any rest...
* There is no way to ventilate the room. Despite the “air conditioning”, it was unbearably hot.
* Poor value for money...

J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour demander un remboursement avec preuves pendant une dizaine de journées, restés sans réponse. J'ai fini par poster une critique ici expliquant avoir été arnaqué, et là, ils m'ont remboursé immédiatement...
* Par ailleurs, au-delà de ce problème de facturation, je déconseille cet hôtel. Les fenêtres de la chambre laissent passer tous les bruits de la ville, et le quartier est actuellement en travaux... Compliqué de se reposer...
* Aucune aération n’est possible dans la chambre. Malgré la « climatisation », il y faisait une chaleur étouffante.
* Rapport qualité prix non rentable...

Pobyt w hotelu był przyjemnością samą w sobie, piękne i klimatyczny pokój, przepyszne śniadanie, przemiły i super dyspozycyjny personel. W łazience mieliśmy zegar z kukułką :)

We were greeted by Lulia who was honestly so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and we were very grateful

Pros:

the attentiveness of the staff - the quirkiness of the rooms - the location for sure. Will return.

I always get a late check-out, but sometimes for a fee. In this case, a late check-out at 15 would have cost 250 pounds and 500 after that! Considering that not all rooms can be cleaned at the same time, this inflexibility did not make a good impression on me. Not feeling too good in the morning and having to check out before noon is what sticks in my mind.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent. So delicious and large portions. The view from the room and breakfast restaurant was amazing. The room was a bit smaller than what it appeared in the pictures.

Great location. Great views, but just go to the restaurant Madera or The Nest bar

The little touches, the vinyl player, and the view.
The food at the restaurant Madera was excellent, where you can enjoy the same view from the 15th floor. Great cocktails at The Nest overlooking London on the 16th floor.

Cons:

I booked the room/suite for the copper bath, but it could not be used because the drain could not be shut and the bath not filling. Very disappointing.
