Great Staff and location but shower let it down.
Pros:

Large Samsung TV, Bed and living room facilities. Staff were great too.

Cons:

Bath covers were cracked and open.
Shower was not vwry powerful. Not the best im afraid. So much so, the wife did not have one after myself.

Comfortable hotel near Derby Railway Station.
Pros:

The bedroom and ensuite were clean and convenient for me on the ground floor. Very helpful staff. I didn't eat in the hotel as I met my brother for dinner elsewhere and I had to be away to get to Burton early the next morning. I was able to leave my case at reception collecting it before I got my train south. Convenient for the railway station.

Cons:

I am happy to stay there next week!

Very basic, wish I’d stayed somewhere else tbh
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Paper thin walls, very noisy, tap in bath broken, toilet didn’t flush properly, water temperature and pressure variable, couldn’t get back in to my room after breakfast (door lock was jammed after explaining twice I couldn’t get it).

Hell on earth
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything, the bath room was on a slope you couldn't put any wash products on the sink or the shelf above they would just slide off . The toilet screeched when flushed like fingers down a blackboard. Horrendous whistle when using the shower. And the radiator was incredibly noisy throughout the night. Room to small for double bed you could barely walk round it. Total rip off. I want my money back 🤬🤬🤬

2nd stay this year. Overall a good experience.
Pros:

Staff Attitudes excellent. Kitchen Fans not too loud.

Cons:

Doors very stiff to open. Poor location of disabled parking bay and lack of space on one side. Gents downstairs toilet needs better cleaning. Toilet paper dispensers difficult to use - they need replacing with better.

The check in process was very poor . The hotel needs a spruce up and was a bit tatty. There were constant issues with keys not working.
