Cons:

The breakfast was really bad, one of the worst breakfasts ive ever had. The grounds, although they looked nice at first glance when walking around they are very run down and not well maintained.

Pros:

I lokee the bosworth hall as it is upgrading rooms but unfortunately it was one of the old room very noisy

Perfect location to visit clients in Leicester, Derby & Birmingham
Pros:

The location, Market Bosworth is a beautiful town

Cons:

My room (147) overlooked the kitchen recycling area as I was woken at 0630hrs to cascades of empty bottles being sorted

Disappointed
Pros:

I like the grounds.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a lick of paint and more attention to detail. I felt it has been neglected. Our room wasn't the best. The bathroom was a joke. The shower was just connected to the taps and in the bath. The bath was coming away from the sealant and tiles and they was a big chip in the bath. Overall the room could've done with a full Overall 🙃. The lift was out of order, the room was way to hot, had no air-conditioning. I wouldn't stay here again.

Adequate but won’t be back.
Pros:

Food, though basic, was very good value. Beautiful grounds.
Health club cafe had aircon, which was lovely - best place to have a drink.

Cons:

The whole place was very stuffy, though we were there in a heat wave. Room very hot and windows barely opened.
The ‘spa’ was very tired, showers awful, changing rooms grubby.

Dissapointed for the Price.
Pros:

The location, and the friendliness of the Staff.

Cons:

The room was not serviced once in a week long stay! This resulted in purchasing my own Tea, Coffee, milk and sugar. Was actually glad the room had a refrigerator! The tea/coffee making facilities that were offered were reasonable except that they were on such a low level that I was almost sitting on the floor to make a brew.
The room hadn't been cleaned or prepared to a high standard, as there was a welcome leaflet under the bed and stains on the bed sheet! (Wish I had actually taken photos and complained about at the time, but there we are.)
And the HEAT! The corridors were stifling!!
The room did have a Fan, which was welcomed, however the window did not open enough for us to make much use of it. Also there were no charging points for phones on either side of the bed, ( I appreciate it's an old building, so I'll let that go) the wardrobe doors did not want to stay closed, so a bag was put in front to prevent us walking into an partial opened door in the night.
Water pressure from the shower was intermittent, again it's an old building so I'll let it go.
The dissapointing thing was there was no available door sign to alert Staff that the room required making up, we were just informed the room would not be serviced throughout the stay. This, i think is poor customer service and something that should be looked at.
