Pros:

Staff location cleanliness comfortable the dining room atmosphere

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like although there was a small drip of water under the countertop in the bathroom but it did not disturb or bother or put anything at risk

Used to be a Best Western fan
Pros:

The location was wonderful.

Cons:

When I arrived we were placed in a dirty room The room had not been cleaned that was food and candy pieces and the bathroom was not clean. We were moved to another room where when I moved my suitcase to open it a used condom was on the floor. Our room door 232 The door was a good inch and a half to 2 in away from the door frame. Obviously hotel needs a lot of remodeling. Did not enjoy this day this time. When asked for towels and washcloths for four was given three towels and two washcloths and told that's all they had.

Convenient and easy to get too
Pros:

The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom was clean

Cons:

The curtains didn’t cover the window wnough to block out the street lights and the room
Was very light at night

Not a good experience
Pros:

The experience would have been better if an employee by the name of Charles wasn't there. I had previous encounters with his disrespectful & rude behaviors before. The place is ok for the price. Bedding needs to be sprayed for either mites or fleas as I had bite marks when I woke up.

Pros:

Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Beds slept really well, pillows could have been a little more firm. The location was good as it's right in the middle of things to do there.

Make sure room 212 have been exterminated for bugs

Reservations were fine. Property was clean. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

This is where the problem came in. I woke up around 2 o’clock in the morning scratching come to find out. It was bugs in my bed. I had gotten bit on the elbow and then on my neck couldn’t sleep after that then I see the bug crawling up. My nightgown lay back down, start scratching on my other arm. Another bug beat me all the way up the right arm left a message at the front desk with my number and the manager was supposed to call me never called. That was the very disappointing. That’s why I’m just responding waiting on a call

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

The love the fact that my dog was allowed to stay and the fee was low. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was awesome. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The pool was really nice as well.
