not worth the money, disappointed
Pros:

The hot tub and pool, bed was hard but comfy.

Cons:

The jets did not work very well, the hot tub was not very hot, the TV did not work in the living room. No blankets or sheets for pull out couch

Pros:

Location and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Out of the 4 days I asked twice to have my room cleaned and bedding changed not one time was it cleaned or bed changed out. Also requested clean towels and none was available. And this was a no smoking facility but literally can smell smoke in the room.

Horrible will never stay again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Cons:

It smelled of smoke. Things in our room were broken. Was told they couldn’t bring me the bedding because there was an incident and the cops were in the lobby. The parking lot was full of homeless people even had one follow me inside and was badgering me for my personal information and because no one was at the front desk I was very uncomfortable. Front staff went missing and was very unhelpful. Pool was cloudy and the windows were all broken. And there was no food brought out for the breakfast we waited 30 min for food and when nothing showed up we left.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, but the building, rooms, and overall experience left a poor impression.
Pros:

The price was good

Cons:

The pool was over chlorinated and stinging the eyes just to be in the room for long. We had to have our bedding replaced upon arrival due to obvious stains and soiling. The room smelled like stale cigarettes.

When we first drive into the parking lot, we came around the far side of the building where a couple were engaged in an unsavory act in broad daylight. Thankfully, my wife and children did not see it.

It was just average and nothing to wright home about.
Pros:

It was just OK. Some of the hot prepared items were not warm.

Cons:

Half of the light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out and the exhaust fan did not work.

It was clean just wanted to have a better experience with pool facilities.
Pros:

I like the beds but they ran ot of pillows for the sofa.
I like the hot tub.
The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was freezing 🥶. I picked the hotel based on the pool so the grandkids could have cousin Fun. They ran out of towels so my daughter had to door dash towels so everyone could swim together.

Never again!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms and the service. I got food poisoning from the eggs prepared at breakfast. We didn't have hot water 4 of the days that we stayed.
