Nothing
The most harrowing hotel experience l've ever had. 1originally booked a Whirlpool Suite, but the experience devolved nto a three-day nightmare involving four different room changes and consistent downgrades. Room 1 (ADA Suite): The
1/5
nightstand contained a used condom, a vaginal contraceptive, and Plan B.
‣ Room 2: Upon entry,l found the room occupied by someone else's clothing along with hypodermic syringes, burnt
aluminum foil, and steel wool. ‣ Room 3:Had no running water. Room 4: Had a non-functioning toilet.
Despite paying for a premium suite, was moved to standard King and Double Queen rooms that were clearly not inspected for safety or sanitation. The only "positive" was a lack of bed bugs, but that hardly compensates TOr 'S finding drug paraphernalia and biohazards. Avoid this property at all costs.

Noteworthy details Rooms come with complimentary biohazards and drug paraphernalia the vending machines and ice machines don't work and the rooms are rarely if ever cleaned between guests.
Sue the manager was nice!
We went to check in at 6p and our rooms were not ready but we paid for them (1 double queen suite and 1 king suite), came back at 8p and was left standing in the lobby for 20min before the lady came to the desk and we were told our rooms were ready and now all of a sudden it changed to 2 king suites(keep in mind I already paid $200 extra for a double queen suite that was booked 2 weeks prior) she informed me I didn’t book that (showed her the confirmation and the fact I already paid for which she was the original person I spoke with) she told me I was wrong and I wasn’t receiving that room, just so happened the lady was down there that was also behind me when I first came in and she tried telling her also that that was what was confirmed when I came to originally check in and the receptionist thought it was then ok to slam out keys down and scream at me that she never confirmed that and I was wrong. At that point I asked for a manager she told me there wasn’t one then I asked for corporate number and she gave it to me. We went to our rooms and there wasn’t no bedding in one of our rooms so we went up and asked if we could get some she point blank looked at us roller her eyes and walked away without saying a word, we waited 20min and went and asked again and she said “k” and walked away, 15min later she came into the room picked the bedding up off the floor that was already in there crumbled up and put it onto our bed and told us “there” so ya that equals dirty bedding! So if you have to deal with Sarah at the front desk I hope your experience is better but manager sue was great which is the manager! The GM though, he/she though we deserved no type of compensation beside finally granting us the money back since we paid for a room we didn’t receive ($200 more than the room we got). I’ll NEVER go back!
Location was decent, that is literally the only good thing about the trip and this nasty hotel
The room was dirty, pulled out the sofa bed and found a stale chip in it. There was a moldy nesquic bottle under the bed by the wall and a child’s toy under the night stand
The carpet felt sticky and the room smelled terrible
There were tons of cosmetic flaws the charging ports on the lamp didn’t work
The staff was absolutely sub par
We went to breakfast Saturday morning mover 2 tables together so we could eat together and the dirt and gunk that were under those tables was embarrassing and disgusting now let’s talk food… the breakfast was absolutely terrible and inedible
The waffles were not even good it was like they watered the batter down..
Saturday evening the hotel smelled of weed all night and the parking lot sounded like a damn hip hop bar, all we heard all night was thump, thump, thump it made for an extremely long night trying to get the kids to sleep and to stay asleep..10/10 do not recommend and will never be back this neg
Cheep
My friends room was broken in to and they stole hundreds of dollars of stuff. This hotel says it does not have security cameras in the hallways only in the elevator. The front desk said that another care was issued to someone else 2 hours after we checked in. They came back later that night and the door was open and so much stuff was taken. This hotel didnt ID before issuing out additional keys. Very scary.
Halls smelled like cigarette smoke.
Heat/air machine was broken and wouldn’t turn off heat and wouldn’t even turn off so room was extremely hot.
The staff was very overwhelmed when we arrived but was happy to accommodate us and the other guests
They do need a new key machine.
Nice
At least 2 booking workers
The location.
Everything else. The staff upon checking in was rude, the rooms were cleaned minimally, the pool was freezing and the hot tub was barely room temp. It was a very disappointing stay.
現金_$150のデボジットがあるとは思わなかった。おかげでATMに行く破目になった。無駄な手数料が発生した。
布団に染みがあり気持ち悪かった。
The property was in a good location.
The property is out dated.
Room was good sized. Clean lobby. Clean breakfast area.
Food wrappers behind the microwave. Pizza crust under the pullout couch. Hot tub was warm at best.
Having my items before they got stolen.
Upon arriving the room was dead bolted from the inside. However we did not have time to waste, as we were from out of town and missed 2 exits. So we were running late. We made sure the window was locked because one of the rooms was on the first floor. After returning later that night, our room got robbed. My whole suitcase with all my clothes and bath stuff was gone. My brother and sisters' tablets were gone. The staff pretended to be helpful and nice but never followed through on their claims. The police in Tulsa are useless, which did not help either. The manager Sue was unreachable the night of the robbery. Next morning, I ask for a refund for 1 room because I'm trying to be reasonable. She agreed! I called 2 days later and she said she "already issued the refund for 1 of the rooms". It has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to see this "refund". They said that the cops eventually came after we left for home the next day and reviewed the footage. Did anything come out of it? No! Even though there was a camera facing the window and the door. I don't know if this is a fake camera or what. It ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. The whole time had to be devoted to working with the police in attempting to track the items. Just all for nothing.
Had indoor pool and working hot tub
Didn't have anywhere to park so I ended up parking at the hotel next door and walking over, beds weren't the most comfortable, hair on the shower walls, mascara on the bed sheets, bathroom floor was dirty, bathroom door could only open halfway because it hit the toilet. chlorine levels were crazy high in the hot tub everyone's eyes were killing them until we could get back to the room and shower. We wouldn't stay here again.
The staff was great and the breakfast was great.
The place was clean but needs some maintenance. We were without water for a few hours but it was fixed without any inconvenience.
When we got there for check in, we were told that there was no water. No communication was had at all about this and no other accommodation were given.
Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Friendly staff!
Facilities need a much needed update. The location is near the city bus station so lot of homeless traffic around there and going through the parking lot. Breakfast was average but took forever to come out. Pool was horrendous. Bathrooms need vents, smell moldy.
