La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amables

Como en la mayoría de lo hoteles viejos en Zurich no hay aa y el cuarto un poco pequeño para dos.

One night stay was pleasant and trouble free. Great hotel and staff!
Pros:

Location was great for accessing the riverfront, lakefront and Old Town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee bar was great!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit expensive. We did not partake in it.

Perfect for the end of our mother daughter trip to Switerland - fabulous location. Lovely staff!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and had gluten free options. Coffee tea and water available throughout our stay. A nice offering of travel books was available on loan to guests. :-)

Cons:

There was an odor in our room. If I asked the staff they would have changed my room but it wasn’t bad enough to warrant a change: No 41

It was short but I would love to come back to Zurich!
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were so helpful and great service. The room & bathroom were clean and very nice.

Cons:

It was very noisy outside and we made the mistake of leaving the window open a crack for fresh air. Big mistake

מלון מעולה, מאד מומלץ.
Pros:

מקום מרכזי בקרבת הנהר והאגם ורובע נידרדורף. שדרגו לנו את החדר בחינם. יחס מצוין של הצוות. תודעת שרות גבוהה. יש בקומה 1 פינת שתיה חמה/קרה ופירות לשמוש האורחים כל היממה.

Cons:

אין מיטה זוגית. הצמידו שתי מיטות יחיד. המזרון שלי היה קצת בשפוע. כנראה נמעך על ידי אנשים כבדים. יש בערב קצת רעש מהרחוב אבל זה סביר והמקום המרכזי חשוב יותר.
