I would stay again in view of location and cleanliness.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, service was excellent, room 45 was small with view of building across the street.
, the small lift worked well.

Cons:

Room 45 floor has a bit of a slope to the floor, but I understand the building is several hundred years old..

Perfect hotel to end our 3 Week Europe trip
Pros:

We booked quite late in the year with limited options; The Hotel pleasantly surprised us and would recommend to anyone traveling to Zurich. Rooms were very Spacious with a very good breakfast.

Clean, convenient and kind.
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Very convenient to walk around and see many attractions. Tram is easy to get to/from the train station and we took a short walk to a bus that drops you off right at the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Very kind and helpful staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Marianne at the front desk was our family's guardian angel. Our child had an accident that required medical care, and Marianne helped arrange it all. She went above-and-beyond, finding a doctor's office / hospital, organizing the transportation, calling ahead, etc. I don't know what we'd have done without Marianne. She is an amazing person. (And the hotel is great too -- the location is perfect, rooms are good, and the lounge on the first floor was a nice touch.)

(PS: I'm sorry I kept calling you "Marion" Marianne! I didn't realize it was "Marianne" until I saw the other reviews on here that mentioned you. :) )
