Pros:

Great staff, great location and great breakfast.
Small but perfectly formed!

Youth hostel vibe at luxury price
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff

Cons:

Terribly overpriced for the spartan, youth hostel type rooms and property. Lobby is like a dungeon. Room is tiny and not at all luxurious. Bathroom is dated. No full shower door, water sprays everywhere. Shower door leaks badly. No coffee maker in room. No free drinking water provided. No robe provided, have to request one. Breakfast same every day. Expected way better for paying $500 a night.

Pros:

We got upgraded to a superior room. The room was nice and clean . The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved with an additional simple menu.

pequeno grande hotel, com excelente serviço e bem comodo. Muito bem situado, perto do central station e de muitos bares e restaurantes. Tudo excelente.

Pros:

Staff returned my money in pocket for laundry. Front staff excellent, always helpful. management alert and attentive. Adjacent Italian restaurant an amenity for the hotel. Good breakfast and staff in house.

Cons:

T V did not show Kentucky Derby, no one did.

A fantastic boutique hotel offering wonderful service with great facilities.
Pros:

A lovely hotel, near the Lake and the main sights. We could just walk every day to wherever we wished to go. The room was large and very quiet and the breakfasts were exceptional. H would highly recommend this hotel for any couples visiting Zurich.

Everything was perfect.
