Мне было отказано в доступе в ресторан Emilio без предоставления внятного и обоснованного объяснения, несмотря на готовность воспользоваться платными услугами.

Сотрудники не смогли четко обозначить причину отказа, а попытки урегулировать ситуацию через менеджмент результата не дали — диалог фактически отсутствовал.

При этом обращает на себя внимание дисбаланс в подходе отеля к разрешению конфликтов: в ситуациях, где, по мнению отеля, нарушителем является гость, оперативно применяются жесткие меры (включая привлечение полиции), однако в обратных случаях отель уклоняется от ответственности и не предлагает решений.

Подобная практика свидетельствует о системной проблеме в управлении клиентским опытом и противоречит стандартам сервиса, заявленным брендом Sheraton.

Для отеля данного уровня отсутствие прозрачности, отказ от коммуникации и игнорирование клиента в спорной ситуации являются недопустимыми

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, high value for money.
Pros:

Room was luxurious, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Quality of bedding, linen and comfort of mattress was excellent. Bathroom had heated floors which was such a nice touch. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging.

Cons:

I was underwhelmed by breakfast - it was very expensive. Coffee was from a machine, which was disappointing. I only ate breakfast once in the hotel, other mornings I found local cafes where I paid less than half the price for better food and excellent barista coffee.
