С сожалением хочу отметить что в моем номере не было горячей воды. И кода я с утра это обнаружил то надеялся что она вот-вот появится. 10 минут. 15 минут. Я уже окалел. Замерз. 20 минут. Не помогает. Изредка она становилась теплее на секунда а потом ледяная. Я быдл в шоке и звонил на ресепшен. Ничего не изменилось. Девушка внизу после моей просьбы тоже белы несильно удивлена, видимо такое происходит часто. Но так не может быть в отеле 5 звезд. Ну и на следующий день мне не позвонили - а я оставил телефон и ДО СИХ ПОР жду вашего звонка. Это мрак для Шератон
