На 5 звезд не тянет совсем. Да и на 4 звезды тоже не тянет
Pros:

Расположение, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

В номере слабое вечернее освещение, нет хороших российских ТВ каналов, одноразовые бритва и расчёска ужасные и дешевые, в номере с кухней вообще не было посуды.

Наш отдых был шикарным!
Pros:

Нам понравилась чистота и комфорт номера, атмосфера в отеле, персонал вежливый, внимание со стороны отеля в виде подарка и то что учли наши пожелания и дали номер с видом на город на 10 этаже.

Вкусные завтраки,удобное месторасположение,хорошие номера

Cons:

Нет элементарных наборов ватных дисков и ватных палочек,нет бритвенных наборов. Нет в наличии детских халатов и тапочек. На ресепшене девушки еле живая,тихо говорит и не клиентоориентирована
