Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность всему персоналу Sheraton Astana за прекрасный отдых. Отель полностью оправдал ожидания и оставил только самые приятные впечатления.

Особенно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса: сотрудники были внимательными, доброжелательными и всегда готовы помочь. Заселение прошло быстро, номер оказался просторным, современным, идеально чистым и очень комфортным. Кровать удобная, хорошая шумоизоляция позволила отлично выспаться.

Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные – большой выбор блюд, свежие продукты и качественный кофе. Также понравилась SPA-зона с бассейном и сауной – отличное место для отдыха после насыщенного дня.

Отель расположен в удобном месте, рядом находятся основные достопримечательности и деловой центр города, что делает его отличным выбором как для туристов, так и для деловых поездок.

Спасибо команде Sheraton Astana Hotel за профессионализм, гостеприимство и заботу о гостях. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и с удовольствием порекомендую этот отель своим друзьям и коллегам!

Pros:

Номера чистые, от отеля был презент на день рождение супруга десерт с открыткой. Завтрак шикарный, очень вкусный.

Cons:

В зоне спа на выходных очень много людей, детей. Нет мест. Думаю на выходные дни в спа доступ должен быть только для постояльцев отеля.

Pros:

вежливый персонал на ресепшен,
чистота, расположение, комфортный номер, завтраки

Cons:

присутствие детей до 7 лет в бассейне, а также дизайн ванны ( не очень удобно в ней мыться, ибо там нет шторки, и вода выливается за ее пределы

In one word it was awesome
Pros:

Very convent for city attractions. The LRT can be accessed directly from the second floor of the hotel, is very cheap and allows you to access farther afield attractions easily. It also goes to the airport, so it will cost you less than 1 NZD to travel from the airport to the hotel. The hotel also has a great pool/sauna/gym area. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

somewhat good but will think twice before going again
Pros:

location, room interior. room was very! quiet. staff was nice, towels felt like new

Cons:

the price is a bit too much (although sensible for the location). the water pressure was bad. it was manageable but every shower was twice as long because of the low water pressure. we had a dash of dust here and there but not much. like if the room was cleaned couple of days before our stay
